This place is so fun. We went for bingo night. It was a blast. Food was great also ?

The concerts at the snow lodge should be an upscale experience without the need to have to be physically moved by drunk other guests so that they can get in and out to the restroom. The concerts are disorganized, oversold and very unpleasant to attend. 1st time I went it wasn’t as bad as the second time, which was horrible. There will not be a third time.Noteworthy details: Don’t go to the snow lodge concerts

If you’re looking for a taste of stereotypical Aspen ie. just walked out of a Gorsuch catalog for après ski, then this is the place. So bizarre with a dj playing and staff trying to sell lots of their more expensive cocktails and menu items.. Not a cozy winter vibe in any way other than a nice fireplace.I do need to mention that the food was very good. That was the silver lining at this establishment we will never again visit.

Lovely place!, the ambiance, decor, music!!!, they have a DJ and live music!, candles everywhere… love it!The food was ok but the service not so much, it feels like the waiter put pressure on us to order what he wanted… never treated us bad, but kind of “fake nice”I wish they add more vegan options soon!

Delicious restaurant with great vegetarian options. This is the most beautiful dining experience we found in Aspen. They were also very helpful in accommodating an earlier seating than our original reservation and our request for a booth seat.

RUDEST STAFF EVER. We made reservations weeks in advance to celebrate my friend's bachelorette weekend. Our server Mitchell C was constantly rushing us from the moment we sat down. We were at around 1 hour and 15 min of our 1.5 hour table time limit, and both the server and another staff member rudely asked us to give up the table and made us get up promptly before we had even finished our drinks. I am in the service industry and am not one to usually write bad reviews, but this was unacceptable. We spent a hefty amount and we're treated in such a disrespectful manner. Hostess was also vaping at the host stand. Very unprofessional.

Stay away. Unless you want to eat in literally a loud bumping club. Not a fine dining experience.

My experience at Snow Lodge Aspen was extremely disappointing. To start off, our reservation was at 9:30, we got seated at 10:10 … the service was mid, and furthermore, the food was super bland. $32 for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce that I could’ve made at home. it’s surprising that they call their restaurant Italian, such a shame. Somebody on the table next to us was choking, and the waiters were ignoring him. After his table performed the heimlick maneuver, he vomited across the table next to us as they brought our food. All in all, I highly don’t recommend dining at the Snow Lodge, there are plenty of other amazing restaurants in Aspen, with better service, atmosphere and food.

Fun vibe BUT.. we were 6 people put at a table for 4 (2 tables for 2 put together) we asked to add the other 2 top that was empty next to us to make it a proper table for 6 and we were told no. The maître d' told us “this is the most popular restaurant in Aspen and if you don’t like it you can leave”. No one ever sat at the table so we took it over anyway which made the situation even more upsetting as they obviously didn’t need the table. It was a common theme, people packed in to tight spaces complaining. Our waitress was great but there’s no need to go back when there are so many amazing restaurants in Aspen.

Fun atmosphere for a night out with friends. Loud, great DJ but enjoyed every minute of it. We ordered 4 branzinos and they were delicious. We also ordered a rigatoni and tagliatelle they were ok. Apps were okay tuna tartar was my favorite but the Brussel sprout salad and arugula salad were also ok nothing super special but still delicious. Service was good. Our server was attentive and quick. Only negative is there is no dessert and they push you out after 2 hours.

Absolute garbage. Terrible service, disgusting food. It took 45 minutes past our reservation to get seated, half of the menu wasn't available, we ordered one dish and got served another without warning because they ran out of what we ordered.
