So happy I stumbled upon this hidden gem. I travel to Aspen for work frequently and enjoy trying different steakhouses. Among Catch, the steakhouse across the street, and Bear Den - Bear Den, hands down, had the best steak I’ve had in a long time. Lean, melt-in-your-mouth, perfectly seasoned and cooked to the right temperature. The atmosphere is very intimate and frankly, small, but cozy! Can’t wait to go back.
