Great food. Nothing stood out about service. Expensive, but it's Aspen!

It’s hard to find a restaurant in Aspen that has reasonable prices (for Aspen), great food, and great customer service. Silverpeak Grill has all three. Their wraps are great. Also try out their made in house spicy ketchup and spicy ranch/mayo. So good!
Shout out to the lady that just got back from Switzerland. The best customer service.

I’ve eaten here before for lunch and really enjoyed it, so I stopped by a little early today when I saw they were open at 10. I arrived about 8 minutes before 10, smiled at the staff, and took a seat, but no one greeted me. At 10, I went to the counter and was ignored until I asked in Spanish if they were opening yet. A staff member told me they probably wouldn’t open for another half hour.
This was disappointing since I was on my way to work, and it would help if the hours listed online, on the window, and communicated by staff were consistent. Clear and accurate opening times make a big difference for customers.

Terrible service. The woman working the cashier had one of the rudest attitudes I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. Instead of greeting customers with basic courtesy, she acted like we were an inconvenience just for ordering. Her tone was dismissive, and when I asked a simple question about the menu, she responded with obvious annoyance. The food might have been okay, but it’s hard to enjoy a meal when the first interaction sets such a negative tone. Definitely not worth coming back when there are plenty of other places that treat customers with respect.

Service was good but the food was so mid. dry chicken and dry tortillas. Not a ton of flavor.

This place completely ruined part of our Aspen trip.
We chose what looked like a casual local spot — order/pay at the counter and no table service. After eating, we left without tipping, as you typically would in a fast-casual place. But the owner came storming outside, shouting at us, saying:
“You guys don’t look rich at all, why don’t you tip?”
“Was there something wrong with the service??”
I went back in to de-escalate and offer a tip — but instead of a conversation, I was mocked, yelled at, and humiliated in front of everyone. He wouldn’t stop. Sarcastic, loud, aggressive — it was shocking.
Another table told us they didn’t tip either and got no reaction. Why were we singled out? It’s hard not to wonder if race played a factor.
On top of that, the food was subpar, and the owner constantly hovered over us in a way that felt intrusive, not hospitable. For him to later claim he gave “all that service” was ridiculous.
This wasn’t a one-off. Other reviews mention racist behavior, rude outbursts, and a consistently hostile attitude.
If you value being treated with basic respect, avoid this place. There are plenty of better options in Aspen where you won’t be insulted or shamed.

Silverpeak Grill offers tasty and fresh food at affordable prices (which is hard to find in Aspen). They have a variety of foods for the whole family (picky kids included). The owner was very inviting and helpful, offering recommendations and making sure we were satisfied. The outside of the restaurant appears to be under construction, but the restaurant is actually downstairs. For anyone wanting some good comfort food in Aspen, without breaking the bank, this is your place!

We found them at a time where a lot of our usual places were closed. We were looking for healthy meal that wouldn’t bankrupt you. They offer sandwiches, bowls and plates as well as salads and some drinks. We got a sandwich with carne asada which was definately healthy but with no taste. Friends got bowls and they didn’t enjoy them either. The ingredients were just put together. Not really any work on them.
