Found this little restaurant in a basement near our hotel in Aspen. A little difficult to find and get into because of construction. But the food and service was great. Would have enjoyed it more if John Denver was there!!! :)
It’s hard to find a restaurant in Aspen that has reasonable prices (for Aspen), great food, and great customer service. Silverpeak Grill has all three. Their wraps are great. Also try out their made in house spicy ketchup and spicy ranch/mayo. So good!

I’ve eaten here before for lunch and really enjoyed it, so I stopped by a little early today when I saw they were open at 10. I arrived about 8 minutes before 10, smiled at the staff, and took a seat, but no one greeted me. At 10, I went to the counter and was ignored until I asked in Spanish if they were opening yet. A staff member told me they probably wouldn’t open for another half hour.
