Aqualina is a solid place to eat in Aspen. Great variety of menu items, fancy pasts dishes to woodfired pizza. My pasta was cooked perfectly but also unremarkable, the arugula salad was outstanding and the Tirimisu was off the chart delicious! Our server was fantastic, she was efficient, friendly and non intrusive.

The service was outstanding as well as the quality of the menu. I live in SMV and drive to Aspen to enjoy dinners here.

$315 for me and my son is a bit egregious for a trattoria, and I only had one drink. $21 for Brussels sprout. We got about 15 1/2 sprouts. Cmon And $32 for a tune appetizer 😂

This is pretty close to the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. Service is excellent.

Brayan have done an excellent service, he was such a gentleman with me and all my family. Helped us trying to find all the best food and drinks in the menu, and was very attentive in all aspects. Best experience!! Will come back looking for this kind of service, thanks to Brayan 🇨🇴!!

Food was terrible. Their Chicken Parm appeared to be fried well in advance and then fried again when ordered. The breading was coming off with every bite and the seasoning appeared to be out of a box, watch brings me to my second point.

18 bucks for a side of mashed potatoes that was 100% out of a box.

Th prices are absolutely outrageous or what you get in return. Stay Away!!!

The wait staff was very welcoming & helpful. We had our grandchildren 7, 4 & 2 with us & they felt at home!

The food is fantastic!! It doesn't matter what you get; it will all be amazing. The service is what you would expect for the price. My wife is gluten free and still loves their pasta. The servers are very aware of what makes specific dishes gluten and are happy to accommodate.

We don't have to wait for a table because we make reservations each time. The restaurant is a little dark for my taste and space is definitely tight.

Acquolina is one of my favorite spots. This last visit was not so great; this is feedback from all 3 diners. Food was not up to its usual greatness...seafood shells were not open, indicating not fresh... Cacio y Pepe was marginal, not as flavored as before... no pepper, and not hot or warm...lamb was not as tender as before. All 3 salads were fresh, and full of flavor! Service was phenomenal!

Great Food and excellent service as always! and always been one of my top favorite local restaurant in Aspen! The Pasta are fabulous that feels your in Italy having authentic Italian dishes! The Crew of the front of the house has always been on top of everything!

Great date night dinner with my 10 year old daughter! Caesar salad was outstanding (especially the anchovies) and both of our pastas were perfect. Crème brûlée topped it off and was so good! Service was amazing as well. Thank you!!!

We had a group of ten people and the service and food was excellent. One of our favorite places in Aspen. We go back every time we are in town.

Had a salad, two pastas and a pizza. A bit skimpy on the ingredients but otherwise a tasty meal for three
