Acquolina is one of my favorite spots. This last visit was not so great; this is feedback from all 3 diners. Food was not up to its usual greatness...seafood shells were not open, indicating not fresh... Cacio y Pepe was marginal, not as flavored as before... no pepper, and not hot or warm...lamb was not as tender as before. All 3 salads were fresh, and full of flavor! Service was phenomenal!
Great Food and excellent service as always! and always been one of my top favorite local restaurant in Aspen! The Pasta are fabulous that feels your in Italy having authentic Italian dishes! The Crew of the front of the house has always been on top of everything!
Great date night dinner with my 10 year old daughter! Caesar salad was outstanding (especially the anchovies) and both of our pastas were perfect. Crème brûlée topped it off and was so good! Service was amazing as well. Thank you!!!
We had a group of ten people and the service and food was excellent. One of our favorite places in Aspen. We go back every time we are in town.
Had a salad, two pastas and a pizza. A bit skimpy on the ingredients but otherwise a tasty meal for three
We had to ask for bread. I had to ask for Parmesan cheese for my tasteless spaghetti/meatballs. The branzino special was average. Definitely existing on its past glory days. However, they knew it was my birthday and brought me a delicious tiramisu
Bad 3,stars on every thing

We had a nice night and we went there because we had a small child with us so it was perfect. The food was not as good as I remember. The service was outstanding. The cocktails were very good and it is a nice place to go with a big group or a family with children. Thank you!
This place is excellent! The bruschetta appetizer was like some kind of delicious rustic flatbread, the veggies all tasted incredibly fresh, and the proteins/pasta dish portion sizes were surprisingly generous. Martina and our other server (female, Argentinian) were both absolutely wonderful, so kind and welcoming to us including our very large dog who accompanied us to dinner!

This is our first time in Aspen, and we brought our dog. We sat on the patio. Food was delicious and we had great service. Entree prices are really high, but this Aspen. May return again before we leave town.
Juan and Pablo are amazing, and the food, as always, perfect! Thank you for another wonderful evening at the bar!
We had a wonderful dinner for our large family! They wait staff was very attentive and helpful.
Great energy and ambiance. loved the music playing. food was wonderful and service was great.
Stopped by here for dinner the other night and very much enjoyed our dinner! We made reservations but only found to be seated outside, which was fine because it was beautiful out! The serve and busser were very attentive with refills and clearing our table. We got the Caesar salad, which was good! Our main dishes were the pepperoni pizza, which was not spicy but was very delicious! Very thin crust with great flavor, you could tell the sauce was very fresh and not from a can. My gf got the ravioli which was amazing, but it ended up costing $62 because she got upsold on the truffle which was another $24! But we rely enjoyed the food, service and eating outside with so much going on. I would come back here again if in town!
