Ajax is an apres VIBE during the holiday season. By far the best truffle fries of your life. The cashew cauliflower gratin is exceptional. Wish they brought back the Brussels sprouts with pomegranates. Service might be slow during the holidays but order another glass of bubbles and relax. It's such a great scene so make reservations!

This is one of the most amazing restaurants in all of Aspen, if not the country. The truffle fries and wagyu double cheeseburger are the absolute best I have ever had! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual, yet elegant meal in Aspen.

Loved loved loved! We hit this place as soon as they opened and there was already a line waiting for a table! We both ordered the burger and truffle fries and this truly was the best burger and amazing fries - we craved it again the next day! Really fun atmosphere and love being able to see the slopes from the restaurant.

Food is exceptional. Staff is fantastic and accommodating. Drinks come quick. View is gorgeous. Obviously make a reservation and try to sit outside to be in the elements. Love the live dj. Start here and move to The Wine Bar. Love all these great places under one roof at the Little Nell. So convenient.
