Obviously a very popular restaurant and perhaps if you are a regular the experience would be different. They are so intent on turning tables quickly and efficiently, and maximizing profits that it casts a pretty large shadow over what would otherwise be a really cool dining experience. Very Hectic and rushed...

A great find in Aspen. Wonderful menu with lots of variety for every taste. Food was outstanding. Very crowded so reservations are highly recommended. Service was attentive and quick.

Don't ask people to give up their table after only 90 mins of dining because you have people waiting. We spent over $400 and were given the bums rush. Not cool!

Excellent food. We love Frank, the owner. Going back next week. The Honey prawns and scallops are our fave. Dumplings and Nigiri as well. 👍👏🍽️

We got served raw pork dumplings. The owner was very nice and tried to make up for it but either way it was raw pork.

I thought their new style sushi dishes were very good, the dumplings, except for the soup dumplings were so so. Soup dumplings were excellent. The service was outstanding. It was a little expensive, but it's Aspen, but even for Aspen, it's a little too expensive.

Always amazing! Fun vibe , great food & service . Owner Frank is attentive & welcoming. Manager Erica is pleasant & friendly . Bartender Constantine great too. Always a treat !

Since the gratuity is added the service is subpar. The food is good enough but with so many incredible options I wouldn't return. Was packed 6-7:30 then just empty-very odd

The dishes were way over priced: $62 for seafood noodles? $25 for 3 pieces of dumplings? We felt ripped off.

Alicia

Great food fun place. Owner is terrific I definitely recommend. You have to have the soup dumplings

This was not our first time to eat here. Although the food is pretty good, oysters are fabulous, but the service was awful. Not only acting ‘put out' to be serving us, also rushing our service then automatically adding a generous tip on a 4 top table. It is way too crowded now & tables are too close together. Will not be on our favorites list in the future.

The sushi was average (I've eaten at many top rated sushi restaurants in NYC) and very small pieces. Presentation was good but found that the price was exceptionally high considering the quality. I guess that's to be expected in a ritzy town hundreds of miles from the ocean.

Quality of food was wonderful, but they rush you through. The staff is definitely trained to have you out of there within an hour. It's so busy. We were a large group. If we go back, it will be just the two of us and we will sit at the bar. Hopefully the experience will be better.

All the items we ordered were delicious and service was very attentive and friendly. Every time we are in Aspen it's a must to have dinner at Jing.
