You cannot — absolutely cannot — find a better experience in Aspen. The food is incredible. The music and ambiance are a vibe. And the owner Frank is like no other restaurant owner in Aspen. He makes every table feel special and welcome and there isn’t an ounce of stuffiness or pretense that you can find elsewhere in this town. It’s a must for your visit!
Get the yellow tail on happy hour. It's the best dish there.

Jing is, without question, one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen. The atmosphere is always lively and full of great energy, and the staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Every single item on the menu is absolutely immaculate — you can’t go wrong no matter what you order. The service is consistently top tier, attentive without ever being overbearing. Whether you’re coming in for lunch or dinner, Jing delivers an experience that’s worth every visit....
