We stopped here for breakfast while in town and it was okay at best. Parking is very limited. The server was nice. My sister ordered their biscuits and gravy and they were just not good, very dry. We ended up sharing my food. The hash-browns were soft and had no crunch but decent. The chicken fried chicken and omelette were okay. It was definitely on the pricer side for breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Walter was awesome. Drinks were good. Ribs, brisket and pulled pork were awful. Don’t expect the ribs to fall off the bone. They’re almost glued to the bone. Brisket was ok kinda. Pulled pork was pretty bad. Onion rings are good. That’s about it.

I have eaten at the other location, and they are overpriced substandard barbecue at best. The catering driver was on their phone 9 inches from their face. They were also failing to maintain speed, and blocking traffic. Shame on your establishment for hiring such unprofessional employees. I shall never eat at this location.
Still after so many years. The best breakfast in town. The sandwiches are perfection. They have fresh squeeze OJ and really good coffee. The staff is amazing, super attentive and friendly. This is an iconic place in Aspen and everyone should stop by!

Do not ever order from this place. I've been a local here for 10 years. The general manager Darcy is probably the rudeest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. Couldn't even explain my problem because all she did was interrupt me and they act like they did me a favor after their internet went down and they blame me for the order after I called in twice to verify it. Terrible customer service and the food isn't that great. I spent $48 on two breakfast burritos after being lied to on the phone.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and the ribs and steak were soft and delicious — great flavor. But the service was a total mess.
We had to ask our server and other wait staff several times to get the rest of our order and had to ask for more water several times. Our server didn’t ask if the food was okay and he didn’t look busy either — just indifferent.
Aspen has a lot of great restaurants with better service. We won’t be coming back here.

Im only knocking the atmosphere a star because parking is a bit tough but honestly the restaurant itself is an all around 5 star restaurant for me. I love healthy places dont get me wrong but I do want a place where I get some grease on my hands. And this place delivered. The pulled pork is to die for, absolutely perfect in every way. Your dollar goes the distance they dont short you on anything. We all were completely full and satisfied. Meals on quality and quantity are 10/10. Waiters and waitresses were incredibly friendly and helpful on the menu and were always there for refills you never have to worry. It is pet friendly, our waitress gave our pup a doggy bowl that was greatly appreciated. The cooks and waiters should be very proud. Top tier all the way around. 100% worth the visit. I will be back for more guaranteed
