I love Bear Den Aspen. Located on restaurant row, this intimate Victorian was founded by Alia Joonas and Bridger Smith who believe in the power of bringing people together over delicious recipe from Alia's childhood in Mauritius, a country located in the Indian Ocean.
Great outdoor spot just outside of the main streets but still walkable in downtown. Comfortable, easy going. Charlie, the bartender, made the BEST espresso martini ever. He is very personable and nice. Food was good. Christine, our server was super nice and sweet. Second year in a row that we stopped by and it is consistently a good choice for a casual Aspen bite and cocktail.
