After trying a couple different nights to get in (my crazy schedule and a private event), I was thrilled to get to experience the Den. It was charming and cute and hospitable with great drinks, excellent food, and truly welcoming service. It was recommended to me by my concierge and it was a great choice.
I was served cappuccino in a to-go cup. Indicated that I was staying and it was switched to a 7-9 oz rocks glass. Please note pics with my cappaccino and the other is the unused cappacino mugs. Travelling the state with my brother who is in town on State Business. I guess since I had a backpack and sat at the bar I was considered a transient. I had the BD Club Sandwich with grilled chicken and it was excellent — fresh ingredients, great flavors, and perfectly prepared. The service was outstanding, attentive without ever feeling rushed.
The rest of the family loved their meals as well. The breakfast burritos were hearty and flavorful, the French Toast Board was a hit with its sauces and presentation, and the Colorado Wagyu was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.
