The Belly Up showcases truly phenomenal talent. I still fondly remember being blown away by Jack White's energy and the crowd's infectious enthusiasm. The intimate venue, enhanced by the cleverly designed sound-dampening ceiling (see my picture!), creates an incredible atmosphere. While the recent construction was a temporary inconvenience, the improvements are definitely eagerly anticipated and and we look forward to the changed that will make the space even more comfortable. Like most things in Aspen, it's not an everyday experience, but perfect for a special occasion. If you're looking for an unforgettable night of live music, the Belly Up is a must-visit!

Cute spot. But dance floors too small, and they oversell this place so hard on amount of tickets it's always packed like a sardine tin. No room to dance on the DANCE floor.Should get rid of reserved seating and enlarge the space. Would be way more fun.

What an iconic night! From the outside, it doesn't look like much but once you descend down stairs and enter you are welcomed into the most intimate, unique venue I've ever been to! Even though it is small, you have views from every angle..even if you're 5"4' like me! It was a blast and the bartenders were so friendly! Can't wait to make it back here for another show soon!

I do think that they are taking advantage of the fore code capacity and squeezing too many people into general admission while roping off vip sitting space and changing moreCapacity codes are based on each person having 5 square feet of room and while vip areas probably have 10 square feet of room general admission are squished in like sardines with 1 ft of room. Forget dancing, it's a forced mosh pit, and of there was a fire we'd be trampled to death. The feeling is profit over experience there. Typical? Sadly yes. Unsafe, definitely yes.
