Amazing service and incredible food! The seabass was the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The mango dessert was light, refreshing, and delicious. And the octopus? Absolutely outstanding — tender and flavorful. Highly recommend for a special evening in Aspen!
Betula is truly an exceptional restaurant in the heart of Aspen. Food was quite good but wow the service was terrible. Our waitress knew nothing about the menu. She had to ask the kitchen at least five different times what was and wasn’t gluten free. I also asked her what entree was best between three options and her response was “well this one is the newest so if you like new get that one.” I had to constantly ask for water. This place could be great the service is far below sub-par.
