This is not a “right hand side of the menu” dining experience and I went there with that in mind. I had the regular pix fixe and wine pairing without the upgrades. I was a single and got a last minute seat at the bar. The experience was as I hoped. Service was immaculate, dishes were thoroughly explained which was definitely required. The flavors were often hidden in a surprising texture or presentation. The whole “earth, woods, stream, nature, rock” theme was beautifully...
