Definitely worth the visit! We had a magical evening, the rabbit was tender, the wagyu melted like a dream, the drinks were so fresh and natural, and the views outside made it all feel like a little love story. ⛰️🍸❤️‍🔥

I was fortunate enough to dine at Bosq in 2024, after receiving a glowing recommendation from a local I met at an event. When I knew I was returning to Aspen, I made it a priority to secure a seat for this visit. I make it a mission to partake in Chef's tasting menus wherever I visit and the Bosq experience is in the upper echelons of my dining life.

The team moves seamlessly like a well choreographed dance, which complements the delicious and well presented...

What a fantastic dining experience at Bosq! Each course was unique and full of flavor and the presentation was stunning! Particularly enjoyed the garden water with the squash blossom and wow, the maitake umami was so robust and flavorful. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!!
