First off, our server Sergei was so awesome! Probably the best service we have had in a long long time - made our night. Beyond that the food was perfect in every way! Really couldn't have asked for a better dinner. We will definitely be back
Adrian & Kate are true professionals! Loved seeing them! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful dinning experience.
The food and welcoming staff continue to be the standout features of Campo de' Fiori in Aspen. We've been drawn to its warm Italian hospitality and delectable dishes since the early 2000s. While complimentary bread is no longer offered, much like many restaurants today, it still holds its place as our favorite dining spot in Aspen.
Campo is the BEST! We have been eating at Campo for 30 years. We come for the delicious food and the stellar service and atmosphere. In the summer we enjoy sitting outside under the stars. In the winter the indoor space always has an upbeat fun buzz. If we don't want a table the bar is a great place for a drink! I can honestly say campo de Fiori is always consistently great and some of our best times with friends or dining with my husband are the best dinners and best times we have in Aspen.
One of my favorite Italian restaurants in Aspen as it's always great and amazing service
We love Campo, have been going for years, and we make it a night every time we are in town. t is very crowded and noisy, we even had a seat neighbor leave because they felt crowded out. Good food and service just be prepared for a small space and make reservations early.
The first time I ever went to Campo was on their Dirty 30 anniversary celebration, and I love that for me. This place was rowdy in all the best ways. I weaseled my way into a friend’s already made reservation at the bar, which was surrounded by standing room only, ran into a bunch of local close friends. Ordered the penne vodka which basically sent me to heaven, had the best house Sauvignon blanc ever, got hit on by and old guy, paid only $20 for the experience total because it was half off night, and it was so busy and wild that my friends forgot to pay their check when they left (they called the next day to pay and sort it out.) The tequila Shotski really did me dirty though. I will never forget this place.

Dim lit bar perfect for winding down in the evening. Bartender was very attentive and made a wonderful off-menu mocktail. We ordered the Burrata and Autunnale. Both were delicious appetizers. This was our first time to Aspen so we did not know some restaurants would be closed for the off-season but we lucked out walking in to this restaurant because it did not disappoint.

Any review of a restaurant in Aspen, when compared to restaurants in other cities/towns, must be taken with a large grain of salt given the moneyed town it has become. Restaurant prices generally are 15-20% higher than elsewhere. We started with the Pesca salad (peaches, blueberries and arugula) which was delicious. We had two pasta dishes. The pappardelle boscaiola (porcini mushrooms and Italian sausage in a red wine and beef reduction) was tasty but a bit too salty, which detracted from the flavor of the reduction, The rigatoni montanara (slow cooked Italian sausage in an arrabbiata sauce) was very good. We finished with gelato - the vanilla was excellent but the chocolate was icy and lacking flavor.
I do not know what is going on at this restaurant, ...this used to be one of our favorites and after enough disappointing experiences, we will not come back. This evening, we arrived for our reservation, the host told us that he would not see our party until we all arrived. Once we arrived, we asked to be seated at the vacant table outside. He told us the table was reserved. But the restaurant does not take reservations for outside. The table continued to remain empty. We pressed the host as to why he would not seat us. He told us other people were waiting for the table. But the table remained empty. After an incredibly frustrating exchange we left. Best of luck, campo. There are lots of great restaurants in Aspen, sadly, yours is not one.
Campo catered our wedding for 40 people at a private home in Snowmass, Colorado. The food was absolutely delicious, and their staff was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. Campo even organized bilingual waiters for our wedding, as they knew there would be many Colombian, Spanish-speaking wedding guests. Cannot recommend the Campo team enough!!

First of all, You should need a reservation because it is a very crowded place.
We sit first at the bar to have a couple of drinks. Really good Paloma.
Our reservation was at 8:30pm. They sit us right on time to our table and the experience started… the music is good, you can dance and sing. Lol!!!
Everybody is happy and having fun while enjoying a superb dinner.
The food is just delicious: the pappardelle and the ravioli were so good!!!
Everything cool and on place!

Called to ask if they allow dogs on the patio, and the gentleman who answered the phone was so rude that we immediately dropped this restaurant from consideration.
