The first time I ever went to Campo was on their Dirty 30 anniversary celebration, and I love that for me. This place was rowdy in all the best ways. I weaseled my way into a friend’s already made reservation at the bar, which was surrounded by standing room only, ran into a bunch of local close friends. Ordered the penne vodka which basically sent me to heaven, had the best house Sauvignon blanc ever, got hit on by and old guy, paid only $20 for the experience total because it was half off night, and it was so busy and wild that my friends forgot to pay their check when they left (they called the next day to pay and sort it out.) The tequila Shotski really did me dirty though. I will never forget this place.

Dim lit bar perfect for winding down in the evening. Bartender was very attentive and made a wonderful off-menu mocktail. We ordered the Burrata and Autunnale. Both were delicious appetizers. This was our first time to Aspen so we did not know some restaurants would be closed for the off-season but we lucked out walking in to this restaurant because it did not disappoint.

Any review of a restaurant in Aspen, when compared to restaurants in other cities/towns, must be taken with a large grain of salt given the moneyed town it has become. Restaurant prices generally are 15-20% higher than elsewhere. We started with the Pesca salad (peaches, blueberries and arugula) which was delicious. We had two pasta dishes. The pappardelle boscaiola (porcini mushrooms and Italian sausage in a red wine and beef reduction) was tasty but a bit too salty, which detracted from the flavor of the reduction, The rigatoni montanara (slow cooked Italian sausage in an arrabbiata sauce) was very good. We finished with gelato - the vanilla was excellent but the chocolate was icy and lacking flavor.

I do not know what is going on at this restaurant, ...this used to be one of our favorites and after enough disappointing experiences, we will not come back. This evening, we arrived for our reservation, the host told us that he would not see our party until we all arrived. Once we arrived, we asked to be seated at the vacant table outside. He told us the table was reserved. But the restaurant does not take reservations for outside. The table continued to remain empty. We pressed the host as to why he would not seat us. He told us other people were waiting for the table. But the table remained empty. After an incredibly frustrating exchange we left. Best of luck, campo. There are lots of great restaurants in Aspen, sadly, yours is not one.

Campo catered our wedding for 40 people at a private home in Snowmass, Colorado. The food was absolutely delicious, and their staff was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. Campo even organized bilingual waiters for our wedding, as they knew there would be many Colombian, Spanish-speaking wedding guests. Cannot recommend the Campo team enough!!

First of all, You should need a reservation because it is a very crowded place.
We sit first at the bar to have a couple of drinks. Really good Paloma.
Our reservation was at 8:30pm. They sit us right on time to our table and the experience started… the music is good, you can dance and sing. Lol!!!
Everybody is happy and having fun while enjoying a superb dinner.
The food is just delicious: the pappardelle and the ravioli were so good!!!
Everything cool and on place!

Called to ask if they allow dogs on the patio, and the gentleman who answered the phone was so rude that we immediately dropped this restaurant from consideration.

This review is a little overdue but on July 1st my Fiancée and I came here after he proposed. We told our waiter Oliver about the special occasion and he went above and beyond to give us an amazing night! From coming to the table with a mini bottle of champagne, to an amazing desert on the house and overall just making us feel special. The food was AMAZING and so were the espresso martinis. Highly recommend this place and ask Oliver to be your server on a special night out! Thanks again!:)

Campo Di Fiori is a delightful Italian restaurant there has been a long time favorite for over 20 years!! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for both casual dining and special occasions. The menu features a diverse selection of traditional dishes, including handmade pasta, rich sauces, and fresh seafood, all prepared with high-quality ingredients. The service is attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall dining experience. Standout dishes like the Frutti di Mare and Tagliata receive high praise for their flavors and presentation. The wine list is well-curated, offering excellent pairings to complement the meal. Overall, Campo Di Fiori is a must-visit!

Such a great vibe at this restaurant! I love the bar area the best. We had a full meal outside on the patio, which is lovely as well. The food was OK and the service was slammed. But overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would recommend you for dinner in the bar when you're in Aspen!

After reading all the excellent reviews I can say my husband and I were so excited to go to dinner here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we got there we were seated two inches from the tables on either side. It was uncomfortably close and I felt like we were joining the strangers for dinner, I even made a joke about it. The ambiance is like and old kitchen, nothing great. Classic old school dining. The service was good, food came out quick. It was priced decent. We were happy the food came out so quickly as we couldn't have a conversation that did not involve everyone around us. Lastly, I called prior to coming to surprise my husband with a tiramisu desert for our anniversary and nothing ever came out. I had spoken to a woman and even made notes in my open table reservation about it. The waiter was unaware and I wanted to just get out of the cramped space.

Just had the oddest experience. At the suggestion of a friend, went to this restaurant to try their espresso martini. It was a busy night, but we were early to our reservation at another restaurant so we decided to stop by. We let the host know that we were there for a drink and he said he would sit us at the bar but we would have to wait. We were ok with that and were served the drink while we waited. Later we get seated in the bar area at a high top table and who I assume is the manager ask if we’ll need menus and we say no we are just here for a drink. He told us if someone came for food he would ask us to move but sit us at the bar. Minutes later he brings a couple over and awkwardly says this is your spot to them so my partner and I scramble because they didn’t provide a seat for us at the bar. The couple apologizes to us (they didn’t need to do that, it wasn’t their fault) and we just stand there. I’m annoyed at this point and just go to the POS and just ask him to check me out. The bill is still $41 for just drinks which is fine but I didn’t get an apology or anything for the weird situation. I paid and left and that was that. I understand I wasn’t going to be a full meal paying customer but I didn’t ask for the high top and was clear about my intentions up front. They also put us in such an awkward situation with the other couple. Although the drinks were good and the food looked good…it’s the strangest service I’ve ever received and definitely not acceptable for the price point. I would not recommend.
