Perfect girls night out! We sat at the bar and had delicious cocktails then a fantastic meal. Chicken is rarely interesting....the chicken plate here is out of this world. I have a reservation for next week because I can't wait to have the chicken again.

An amazing dinner that exceeded all expectations and even dinner here a year ago. Every dish was perfectly balanced. Pastas were creative and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable and a special shout out to the som for patience and humor with a young member of our party who's learning about wines and had lots of questions.
Great experience from the moment we enter the door to the moment of getting our coats. All the staff and management is very pleasant and food is delicious. We will definitely be back.

From start to finish, an extraordinary experience. David's magnificent cocktails. When the table became available, thanks to Cathy and Eddie who walked around the room making sure everything was perfect, the real experience began, led by Adrian. I didn't remember that I could enjoy dinner so much. Starting with the tuna tartare, the octopus, the aspen salad to continue with an immense veal parmigiana and ravioli with black truffle with an off-the-scale flavor. And last the mili foglio and a magnificent cheese cake. Everything paired with the best chablis thanks Tim. An unforgettable experience without a doubt.

Food: The bolognese had a solid flavor, pasta was good. Tuna tartare was a special, it was solid. Removing 1 star because the black pasta was one solid piece in the seafood special dish. Branzino was well-prepared, I would eat that again. The potatoes it came with were presented well, but the texture was chewy and the chewiness was uneven. Removing 1 star for the potatoes.Service: Our server was a kind gentleman. Bruschetta is their complimentary starter. It was not brought out until we inquired, which was after I finished my dinner. Removing 1 star for that. Removing another star because it took too long for us to get food in front of us, probably at least 45 minutes into the experience.Atmosphere: I liked the ambience. Removing 1 star because the ambient temperature was too hot.

Great night at casa d Angelo on a second floor . View is gorgeous so the food. Fresh pasta with mushrooms and Dover sole were amazing. Tuna tatare with caviar is a must. Dusan was amazing and Eddie the maitre'd who stop by multiple times to ensure everything is way it should be. 10/10
Another great experience, definitely my favorite restaurant in town. Staff is really friendly and food is delicious, Maitre d' checks multiple times to make sure everything is great, server was really helpful explaining all the special and recommending what to get. I'll definitely be back

A great dinning experience last night, our server was really helpful and manager came to the table multiple times. Food was very tasty, best Dover Sole I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Aspen.

Best restaurant in Aspen! The decor is absolutely beautiful, simple yet elegant. The food was all delicious. We enjoyed the Aspen salad (a must try if salad lover), burrata, veal parmigiana chop, ravioli ricotta (incredible!) and fettuccine bolognese. Loved everything!!
