This place is a pathetic excuse for an Italian restaurant. Cacio Pepe reminds me of a blue box Mac n cheese (actually I would have preferred that instead of what we were served), $50 short rib raviolis with cheese that came out of a plastic bag or box, and the “special” rigatoni that is covered in watered down bland tomato sauce. The bread and drinks were the best part. Would not eat here and not sure how they feel good serving this to people. Sad.

Had the pleasure of eating here for the second time since Christmas week and I have to say…my experience was completely different. Service was much better and felt as if the server cared about ensuring our time in his section was exceptional and to our satisfaction. The food was also a completely different experience. Our first experience we ordered the short ribs ravioli which was incredibly dry, and lacked flavor complimenting the meat. It was a poor enough experience to ensure we never ate the ravioli here again. More so, my husband and I are not sure if the kitchen staff has changed but it sure did feel that way as the special Veal ravioli in a butter sauce was by far the best pasta experience we have had in a long time- full of flavor and juices that melted in your mouth. My husband ordered it while I ordered the bolognese and I winded up eating half of his plate because it was too good to not just have “one more bite”. Whatever the changes are, keep it up. I have friends in the area I have recommend to go to Casa Tua and to specifically order the Veal Ravioli before it leaves the menu. Well done!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Casa Tua, and I have to say it was incredibly disappointing. The food was awful, the pasta was bitter and lacked any real flavor, making it almost impossible to enjoy. To top it off, I ended up with a stomachache shortly after my meal. The prices were way too high for the subpar quality of the food, and the service was nothing short of terrible. Our waiter, an arrogant Italian lady, was rude and made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, the restaurant seemed to lack basic hygiene, as the bathroom was filthy. I would not recommend this restaurant, nor would I return.

Food was not very good at all. Very subpar. Service was okay but not anything stand out like you'd expect at a place like this.

Overall I think there's better places to eat in Aspen

I had dinner at seven different restaurants on this particular trip to Aspen. This was one of those seven and this review encompasses this restaurant along with the other seven. In the order of best to worst (star of the meal): 1. Parc (Hen and Elk) 2. Prospect (Montrose Beef) 3. Clark’s Oyster Bar (Oysters / Pot de crème) 4. Monarch (Potatoes au Gratin) 5. French Alpine (Fondue) 6. Casa Tua (Mushroom Fettuccine) 7. Bosq - (Trout)

Of these six restaurants, the only one I can say for sure I would not visit again would be Bosq.

Unfortunately, they are resting on their laurels. Regardless of price, the quality of food did not match these other restaurants. To add injury to insult, and it has nothing to do with the actual money, is the fact that they think they can add a percentage to the check, disguised as “kitchen appreciation fee,” and a solid sum for sparkling water.

I’m not talking about Pellegrino or some branded water but filtered tapwater that they added bubbles to. When I asked about this, they said they were trying to go for a green star. Maybe they should just be focused on keeping their Michelin star.

The food here is quite good, however check your bill closely. We went for Aprés and ordered fondue and were uncharged to white truffle fondue instead of what we asked for. Server visibly rolled her eyes when we ordered and seemed inconvenienced by us.

Would not return.

I'm a weekly patron at Brickell location and was a bit disappointed. Best thing was the Beef Carpaccio. Otherwise, I think management needs to take a trip to Brickell location and implement what they do there.

Went in for Lunch. Haven’t been here in a while so decided to give it a try. We ordered Bolognese Pasta and Mushroom pasta. 10/10. The sauce was flavorful, the portions were great, the noodle was al dente and extra Parmesan was offered.

A great experience overall. We’ll be back.

We had an amazing meal at Casa Tua - I would highly recommend this place - the food is outstanding - everything we ordered was better than the food we had in Italy 🇮🇹 on our last trip
