I had dinner at seven different restaurants on this particular trip to Aspen. This was one of those seven and this review encompasses this restaurant along with the other seven. In the order of best to worst (star of the meal): 1. Parc (Hen and Elk) 2. Prospect (Montrose Beef) 3. Clark’s Oyster Bar (Oysters / Pot de crème) 4. Monarch (Potatoes au Gratin) 5. I'm a weekly patron at Brickell location and was a bit disappointed. Best thing was the Beef Carpaccio. Otherwise, I think management needs to take a trip to Brickell location and implement what they do there.
