The guys in our party all said it was the best piece of steak they had ever had and my branzino was nothing short of amazing. Everything we had was absolutely fantastic and the service was top notch. Highly recommend Catch.

Excellent food, normal service, check comes before you ask for it; which is pushy. Waitress seemed very much in a rush but very pleasant.

Service was 10/10. We were there celebrating a birthday and they went above and beyond to make the celebration that much more special! Food is always outstanding

The chili rub on the NY strip was delicious and the mash potatoes were the best I have had in a long time. Also our server was knowledgeable and professional.

Our family was looking forward to a nice evening at a reasonably priced steakhouse, but I guess you get what you pay for. The service was terrible. It took 25 minutes for the waiter to come around and even take a drink order, then the appetizers came out before our cocktails did. We ordered a second serving of pretzel bread, which never made it to the table. The Wagyu fillet probably went over the best at the table. The shrimp cocktail was good also. The butter fillets were just OK, not the best cut. The salmon had no flavor at all. The broccolini was doused in lemon basically masking the flavor of the dish. The atmosphere was good. However, we ate in the basement dining, and it was very noisy and difficult to talk with one another despite the round table set up. I would consider returning for a cocktail at the bar, however, I don't know that I would choose this place for dinner again.

It's always great to dine at Catch Steak! Specially for the food. This time they sat us in a smaller room downstairs... it's nice but I believe more suitable for bigger parties and/or adults. We were with our 10 year old and in general I prefer the second room ambiance. Also music it was a little bit loud downstairs. One detail I didn't appreciate is that it was my husband's birthday, we ordered one desee for the table and they charged it... usually in many restaurants they would give that as a courtesy to the birthday person. Not a big deal... but those details make a difference. Anyway I will be back ... food is great !

David and the entire crew at catch do a great job. Both the Sushi and the steaks are best in class.

The host clearly sat a walk in table while we waited past our reservation time and lied about it. Then it took an hour and a half to get our food. Food is great, but dealing with the restaurant wasn’t worth it.

Not a great first impression. First off we were a party of four and they sat us at a table for eight when there were much better four tops where we could’ve had a better conversation secondly, they sat us literally right next to the kitchen where they were yelling cheers every 15 minutes. The steaks had an excessive amount of pepper on them, which was just weird. Entire table was scraping it off of the steak. The service was very good. I did appreciate the manager, stopping by to give us her card.

My husband and I went to Catch Steak in Aspen last night, and we had a blast! I’d been wanting to check it out forever, and finally managed to snag a late night reservation most likely due to weather cancellations. Yes, it’s definitely an expensive experience there’s no denying that but so is everywhere in Aspen and it really was a most enjoyable evening. Our server, Noah, was incredible! Such a nice, friendly, and genuine person who truly made our evening quite memorable. When we go back, we certainly plan to request Noah him as our server!

For our appetizer, we ended up keeping it simple with the pretzel bread as we didn’t want to fill up too much given our entree choices. It turned out to be way more delicious than expected and the whipped honey-mustard butter is awesome! I wish I could’ve bottled that up and taken some home with me - so good.

Our entrees were ultimately the stars of the night though - My husband ended up getting the 8 oz. Imperial Cut Wagyu Filet Mignon and he loved it. We shared a side of Mac & Cheese, which was also delicious and the perfect size for 2 of us. For my entree, I ended up getting the Wagyu Flight Experience! While the portion size may seem small, I definitely felt full from it and barely had room for the Mac & Cheese. Each of the 5 wagyu pieces was unique in its flavor and texture, but all were simply amazing and the “melt in your mouth” consistency was present among all 5. I loved this Wagyu Flight so much! I unfortunately chose to go to the bathroom right before this came out, so I didn’t get to see it cooked in front of me on the hot stone. My husband took photos of it though, and it was so neat to see!

Despite it being my fault that I missed seeing the hot stone in-person, our server Noah felt really bad about this timing and brought us the 13-layer chocolate cake for dessert on the house. He absolutely didn’t have to do that at all, but it’s just one of the many ways that Noah went above and beyond for us during our dining experience at Catch! By the way, the 13-layer chocolate cake is huge so plan accordingly as you’ll absolutely want to try it! Both my husband and I are so excited to go back to Catch Steak Aspen on our next trip out here! Highly recommend, and I’d give more than 5 stars here if I could.

I nice cozy restaurant but...if you served in the new basement side...too loud to survive need immediate improvement in the sound isolation. Decent food and very good service, but next time I will try the first floor restaurant to compare with the noise basement

Where do I start, the atmosphere is really nice. The ambiance odd really upscale.
The staff are polite and patient. Sebastian and Noah were our wait staff and they were phenomenal. There recommendations were perfect.
Let’s get to the food. DELICIOUS!!!! Everything we had from the drinks to the dessert was 5 stars.

The wagyu reminded me of the steaks I had in Japan. The sides were well seasoned and delicious.

The dessert the banana Foster was enough for three people.

I will be back.
