Overall our experience was disappointing. The spicy tuna roll, however, was a highlight of the evening. We highly recommend it. We both got Wagyu filets and they were overcooked. Both were ordered medium rare, one was well done. Our waiter was not nice about it being sent back (but some of the other staff that was helping us was). The replacement steak was ordered rare and that one came out nicely done.

We have celebrated our anniversary there for the past 2 years. We have really enjoyed the food 'service and the atmosphere .

We had a wonderful family dinner at Catch Steak Aspen to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The food and steaks were delicious. Restaurant manager Jeffrey was such a great host, making sure that we had a great experience. Daniel, on the Kitchen Staff even helped with flowers! Highly, highly recommend Catch Steak Aspen. You will not be disappointed.

You won't be disappointed. Caesar with crispy parmesan and soft boiled organic egg, Burrata with honey favored truffle oil, Flight of Three Japanese Wagyu tableside, and to top it off with bananas foster baked Alaska - what an incredible meal!

Amazing night last night! Totally taken care of- loved the 5 Star service. Our friendly sommelier helped us find an excellent bottle of French red wine to pair with our Bone In Rib Eye. The Dirty Martini was perfection! One of the BEST Wedge Salads I have ever had. Get it chopped. Thanks again!

Disappointing Two of us arrived early. Seated at table for 2 with my husband facing the wall. 5 min later two teens seated at table for four next to it. Other side of us a couple at a table for 4. No thought. Wine came warm. Brought wrong app. Diner for 2 was $500 plus. Two glasses of wine. I forgot to order a sauce for my Wagu fillet. Server didn't ask. It was dry. Sad because it has bees favorite in the past.

Michael was an outstanding server. The gentleman serving wine (sorry I didn't catch his name) was also fantastic - knowledgeable without pretense. The banana caramel dessert was one of the most memorable I've ever had.
