Love the oysters and lobster roll. Clam chowder was awful - the chef needs to have another taste of that. Stale oyster crackers, too much hot sauces, and non existing clams for $14? I get it - it’s Aspen prices. But holy moly, $45 for lobster roll and $4.50 per oyster. Also, I didn’t know until now I was supposed to get complimentary bread. Lastly, who actually enjoys those kind of fries? Overall, ambiance was nice.

While the food was great, unfortunately service was very poor, numerous times. Also, this restaurant is not kid friendly at all. We will not be back.

Crazy chaos atmosphere. So loud and busy but the best west coast oysters. Ceviche was good but needed salt or more lime.

This Was a near monthly go-to for us as an Aspen family and couple. But the attitude at the front “host” has officially ruined the experience. We love the Food, the back of house and all the wait staff, oysters and steaks and wagu are delicious. A truly fun and yummy night out. But if you want true service with a genuine “welcome in”, you will no longer find it at Catch. Pity.

Absolutely amazing experience. Every dish we ordered was super fresh and delicious. Absolute value for time and money. The staff is super well trained and very friendly and are very well trained. We went for lunch and it was absolutely worth it.

Dietary restrictions: They had many options for gluten and dairy free options too!! I love restaurants when they consider food with people with dietary restrictions.

Food and service was very good, but it is expensive, 2 glasses of average white wine, scallops (lunch) size, and split a dessert, $200 with tip

Food was delicious but pricey. However, that is expected in Aspen and we knew that going into it. Reservations are a must. The overall experience was great and the only real complaint is the noise. However, again to be expected and the space inside is limited. But we would definitely go again.

Had dinner here last night. Oysters, Cioppino, Crispy Snapper, shoe-string fries, and a French Rose. Our server was terrific - as were the rest of the staff. At $250 before tip, it was kinda expensive, but probably average for a popular Aspen venue. Definitely worth a visit.
