Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro Aspen Highlands

Cloud Nine is hands down the greatest bar on top of the world. There is no place like it. Sitting high up at Aspen Highlands, it truly feels like you’re on Cloud 9 the moment you get there.

Skiers and snowboarders are popping bottles of champagne, the views are unreal, and the vibe is absolutely electric. The energy up there is unmatched part après-ski, part celebration, part pure magic.

The champagne, wine, and food are all incredible, and when you pair that with the mountain views and bluebird skies, it’s an experience you’ll never forget.

If you ski or ride Aspen Highlands, Cloud Nine is an absolute must. There is truly nothing else like it. 🍾🏔️✨

Alittle too high end for me. Not my style. But objectively, service was great, as was the food. Wished they had more ala carte options. Could have a hearty soup/stew option to warm up on.

Great time. Service here was the best at a restaurant I've had anywhere in Aspen. Everyone that worked there was friendly and matched the places vibe of a good time. Steak was very good. Wish more places in Aspen jas the service of this spot!

I don’t know why anyone would come here other than for the champagne spray black out lunch since it is an experience and an amazing time with a group of friends. The food is extremely mid but you’re here for the apres champagne spray not the food. Would bring sunglasses - champagne in eyes sting. You have to pay additional for spray champagne. Expect everything to get soaked that’s not in the plastic bag. Easy blue down thankfully afterwards.

When you pay for service you expect service. If you’re under 30, don’t expect to have top-notch service. Food is great. Also, watch your bottles, the servers won’t do anything about it if others use your wine…

Locals opinion: it's worth every effort to experience it. Celebrated an anniversary and staff went above & beyond. Skiing ability level intermediate++ pay attention.

If I could give zero stars I would. My friends and I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Our waiter was super rude from the minute we walked in. Ordered a bottle for our table, within 2 minutes of sitting down we were pressured to order food while half of the restaurant was empty. We tried to order a few appetizers to share but because every person in the party (only 5 people in our reservation) didn’t order something we were kicked out. They would not let us order another bottle or the appetizers we wanted. He stated he wasn’t going to waste his time waiting on us if we wanted to share appetizers. They would not let us finish our drinks without bringing the pay check 1 minute later. The waiter was very rude and in our faces the entire time and then got the manager to tell us to leave while we were saying hi to our friends. Really weird experience. Don't waste your money here.

The apex of pretentiousness in Aspen. SO bad that even the staff wreak of it. The small guy waiter named George was an ABSOLUTE CREEP! Built in gratuity is a sure fire way to eliminate good service, which should be expected when customers are paying thousands of dollars an hour to enjoy the party. We've been going to this place for years but no-more. Cloud Nine is officially lost without a change of management.
