This store in Glenwood Springs is particularly fascinating due to its surroundings.
Great pizza but unfortunately this location is closed.
Never again. They made me feel like a j*** for asking them to return to my place with the marinara they forgot with my order. They said they would bring it by, that it may take a while... An hour and fifteen later, I called and asked if it was still coming. They put me on hold, for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back. They put me on hold for another 10 minutes before I finally hung up. I tried one last time, and they simply answered the phone and immediately hung up on me. RUDE.
Do not ever order from this location. There are multiple pizza places in town don't have much better customer service will get your order right answer the phone when you called. the owner has made it clear does not care about their customers there for the staff will do what they want your order will be incorrect and there's no repercussions
Placed order online ( 2 large pizzas & 4 Ranch Dipping sauce). When delivered, one pizza incorrectly done and 4 dipping sauce not with order. Additionally, I contacted them via phone after placing online order to bring parmesan, hot chili pepper seasoning, and (3) plates/napkins.Unfortunately, those items did not arrive with my order either. Just finished skiing and hungry, we paid cash minus the 4 dipping sauce. I decided to call store and to my fortunate timing on call, Mr. Ben (owner answered phone). He offered me options to correct the situation. We were on vacation and staying at The Inn at Aspen (Buttermilk). At end, Mr. Ben told me he would come personally to fully refund my cash payment at my hotel room in 1-2 h. Mr. Ben presented and apologized. I appreciated him making it right, and will definitely give Dominos Aspen a second chance when I return. Wish you the best Mr. Ben in organizational aspect of your Aspen Dominos.
The store says they were open till 12 am but when i called in the guy said they were done already!Very poor service and the guy who answered the phone was very rude and very unprofessional. This is the tourist spot and the opening hours tricked us. Do update the store hours or train your employees good! Or atleast update something on google! You could spend money on google advertisements but not have people to update store hours wow.
I have lived in Aspen 20 years. Walked over for lunch and ordered the specialty chicken and went back to my office to eat. The order was dry and looked absolutely unappealing. I walked back and told them it looked dry and pretty bad. Lorena the manager was so unbelievably rude. She said she saw nothing wrong, grabbed the box threw it in the trash, yelled at the guy to make one just like it. I said to her don't your TV ad's say you will fix something wrong. She told me she didn't care. She threw the voided copy on the desk for me. I asked for her name she told me she already gave it to me twice. When the order was made she said "There" and threw it down. I told her she should not be in hospitality or customer service and she said "I don't care and get out" Isn't the customer supposed to come first this behavior from your manager is appalling! I am FLOORED! While I was there they were having driver issues and phone order issues is this really how you want your shop to run?
Domino's Pizza is right in down town Aspne, across the street from City Market. They serve a variety of Pizza, but other food as well.
