Excellent place for an anniversary dinner. We made reservations at Element 47 (or Silver if you know your periodic table ⚛️) after our pre-arranged reservations at Hai Si were nullified by the restaurant closing for good three days before our dinner.
Element 47 exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special including starting toast of champagne, dessert chocolate mousse, and a chocolate truffle finale. Staff was engaging and committed to making our evening special. We even parted with dog treats from the kitchen for our pooch.

Hunter and his team rock. We had an outstanding dinner at Element and then can’t seem to stay away from the living room!

Ate here twice for breakfast on our trip in Aspen. First time we had a great waiter, he was super friendly and amazing, very attentive. The second time our waiter was terrible. Took forever to come get our drink orders and then took forever to get us our coffees! She forgot to bring out the complimentary muffins which is our favorite part of the meal as they rotate them everyday & they are always delicious. My dad asked for extra tortillas with his meal and didn’t get them til way after he was done eating. My parents asked for coffee refills and she barely gave them a refill, the cups were half empty. She disappeared at the end of our meal and we spent forever trying to flag someone down to get the check for us because our waiter never showed back up. Maybe she wasn’t feeling well or was having a bad day but the service was really bad. Love the food though, it’s my favorite place in Aspen to eat for breakfast. However I didn’t like the blueberry sauce that came with the pancakes it tasted like it had gone bad. Great orange juice, great bacon, eggs, potato cakes, & excellent muffins.

Came for a breakfast meeting which was largely interrupted throughout by the food being horrible and needing to be exchanged. The avocado toast was disgusting. Like store bought guacamole on thick cold un toasted bread with added nonsense ingredients and cold poached eggs. The lamb and eggs was some sort of lamb mush, awful. Very disappointing and distracting. Breakfast should not be so complicated. Staff was accomodating.

This was our favorite restaurant in Aspen! We had a server named Gerino and he was fantastic. But overall, the other people that helped service our table were great as well. We started with deviled eggs and olives, then shared the sliders for a lighter meal. Everything was outstanding. The only thing that would have enhanced the sliders would be to add cheese but other than that I would highly recommend this restaurant. We sat in the bar area for quicker service. Very nice environment.

This was such a wonderful location to spend his birthday. Everyone and everything was just amazing! The duck and white asparagus were so delicious. For his birthday we were given a complimentary glass of champagne along! Just the sweetest time and we are looking forward to returning to Element 47. We stayed at Little Nell Residences so even the breakfast from Element 47 was spectacular! Fresh juices to live for! Only complaint I have… I can’t leave more than 5 stars this review! Thank you all for the experience. Great birthday dinner.

We love staying at The Little Nell but our lunches at Elementary 47 over the last few visits have fallen short. The menu and the food are tired. This time we both had the Cobb salad and it was nothing special. The banana dessert was just ok as well. It all seemed a little too “chain like” for a hotel of this caliber.

Exceptional cuisine and flawless service. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and deeply satisfying. The staff’s warmth, attentiveness, and eye for detail made the experience even more memorable. A must-visit for your Aspen group dinner.

Our table was ready for our party of 8 at 8:00 on 12/28, however it took 47 minutes to get 5 cocktails. two of those wound up on the floor and it took another 16 minutes to replace. My wife, son and I left our party of 8 after 1:50 minutes of waiting for our food. Even our water service lacked. Shame of it was I flew in family from all over the country and almost stayed at the Nell. While waiting, we only saw one other table get their dinner. All of my party was in their 30's, I'm the one who was responsible, yet the wait staff spent more time with my son apologizing. Not that I need the attention, but how about a little respect. Also, the wait staff did not know, proper etiquette to clear the wine glasses as well provide the proper assortment of tableware. we had like 4 other waiters and waitresses asking if everything was ok. NO it was not ok, but non of them asked me.

My husband and I love coming here for lunch, breakfast and brunch! we'd come for dinner but we live in Carbondale but are avid ski and boarders. Element 47 has always been very hospitable and constant in their quality of service. Their menu is exquisite! And their quality of service is on point!

We had made reservations 30 days before. We were waiting for 48 minutes to be seated. The food had no taste. Waste of time and money. If you appreciate your money, please do not waste them. This is not a fine restaurant as they allege.
