The food is off the chain with the best staff to boot!! The short ribs are the best I have ever had being so lean, flavorful and tender combined with the spaghetti marinara with burrata & pine nuts to die for!
We went to Ellina to celebrate our 17 yr anniversary and let’s just say they did not disappoint! Chef Miguel Diaz and Baldwin are making some amazing food to satisfy all your culinary needs. Everything about Ellina made our night very very special!
Ellina is one of my favorite restaurants. A new sound proofing ceiling and carpeting has made conversation much easier and pleasant. The service was perfect, attentive but now cloying. A new Brunello by the glass, Castelli Martinozzi was far better than almost any higher priced Brunello I have ever tasted. Our meal of onion soup, and lasagna was excellent.
