We had the best breakfast & coffee at Felix. The space is beautifully designed - elegant yet cozy. We had coffee and a matcha latte with their homemade nut milk and it was amazing! The food selection is great and their ricotta toast is literally a work of art. We were a little hesitant to come at first due to the low google rating, however, it seems most of the bad reviews are due to the 15% gratuity automatically applied. Definitely agree that is annoying and the only downside...

Fancy Fancy.
First time in Aspen and we need to kill some time in the morning so we popped in for a Chai and coffee and ended up trying breakfast.
The Avo Toast is superb !!! Probably the most artisan toast I’ve ever had.
Staff was friendly. Even the hotel bathroom was fancy.
