Original review: Poor customer service. I purchased several cafe items. During payment, the credit card machine prompted for a tip. I entered a custom tip and intended to leave a $4 tip. I accidentally left a $40 tip and before I could correct it, the machine finalized the transaction. I told the employee that I had made an error and asked if she could reprocess my transaction. She said, “no….and thanks for the tip”. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Worst example of customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I had been to the cafe several days in a row spending money there. Well, Gorsuch, you have lost a customer for life.

Right under the gondola. Light food and breakfast options. As well as skiing gear. Nice outdoor area to watch everyone show up. I got a croissant and iced coffee. They were both exactly what I wanted.

Most disgusting matcha I have ever had. It was like brownish green and not fresh and very starchy. Should be dark green and smooth. Atmosphere was nice though.
