Gorsuch Ski Café, nestled at the base of a ski resort, offers a cozy retreat for skiers and snowboarders. The café serves delicious, warming meals and drinks, perfect for refueling after a day on the slopes. With its friendly vibe and mountain views, it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy comfort food in a scenic setting.

The best tune up in the valley. Shoutout to Greta. She is super kind and super helpful. Will definitely be back!

Edit: I just received notification that Gorsuch Cafe had responded to my comment. (See Gorsuch comment). Wow, that is an example of great follow up and customer service. Thank you for your generosity of refunding the entirety of the transaction even though I was only disputing the accidental overcharge. Truthfully, I am glad that I can now go back to Gorsuch Cafe as a lifelong customer. With gratitude, Gregg

Original review:
Poor customer service. I purchased several cafe items. During payment, the credit card machine prompted for a tip. I entered a custom tip and intended to leave a $4 tip. I accidentally left a $40 tip and before I could correct it, the machine finalized the transaction. I told the employee that I had made an error and asked if she could reprocess my transaction. She said, “no….and thanks for the tip”. I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Worst example of customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I had been to the cafe several days in a row spending money there. Well, Gorsuch, you have lost a customer for life.

Right under the gondola. Light food and breakfast options. As well as skiing gear. Nice outdoor area to watch everyone show up. I got a croissant and iced coffee. They were both exactly what I wanted.

Most disgusting matcha I have ever had. It was like brownish green and not fresh and very starchy. Should be dark green and smooth. Atmosphere was nice though.

Started my ski days at Aspen here every day. A few steps to the gondola! Ended my days there too. I loved it there!

Good coffee and efficient friendly ski techs all in the same place. It’s a great place to stop in and make any equipment adjustments or purchase anything you may have missed while packing. Friendly positive staff and a great way to start your ski day!

TRY the salted, caramel and white chocolate chip cookie with your coffee! Just the right balance of salty and sweet!

It's mud season and AspenX was closed. Popped in here for hot cocoa and it was the best I have ever had! Staff are cordial, but not overly friendly. I will come back here in peak season!
