Called Saturday about take out for super bowl Sunday. Manager said no problem call tomorrow and place your order. Just called and they said sorry we are not taking orders. Super disappointed. If I would have known I would have made other plans.
It is the best BBQ around but you should plan better.

As a Charlestonian, it's so nice to have a piece of home to go to in Aspen. I don't understand how the alabama white sauce is so good.

NOT BBQ. The ribs were way overcooked and resembled shoe leather. Host was rude and unwelcoming. Asked for fries as a side and the dont even make them. Who ever heard of a restaurant that doesn't make fries? He said they have tater tots instead, but didn't tell me it wasn't a side option, so I only got one side instead of the two it states on the menu, and they charged me 4 bucks for a small portion of the tots. Way too expensive for cheap food.

It took us a while standing at the reception to be seated. Food portions are very small and Mediocre quality. Given its by the sky lift, it’s understandable. But the service is really sub par. I waited on my hot water for a long time and don’t think I am getting it. Asked for a To go box and check 15 minutes ago and still waiting. Waiter said they didn’t have hot water at the moment when asked, asked half an hour ago!

Our food came out cold. We ordered fried ribs with white sauce, wings, chopped brisket slider, and the pulled pork sandwich.
Fried ribs were served cold with not much flavor by themselves. The white sauce added a little flavor.
The wings tasted like smoke wings nothing spectacular. There is a variety of barnecyr4 sauces on the table, but they are vingeary.
The brisket sliders and pulled pork sandwiches were okay.
Overall we ranked the restaurant/bar a 6 out of 10 because the drinks were great as well as the service.

This is my favorite BBQ spot in Colorado. If you come to Aspen it's a. Must hit! I love that they also do amazing smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving , which makes it so great when you are on the mountain all day.
My wife and I only got the smoked wings and the cookie skillet but both were very good. The pricing is on the higher side but it’s probably worth it because it’s pretty damn quality. Plus if you’re staying in the hotel it’s very convenient. If you don’t like vinegar though you won’t really like their sauces.

We cannot say enough positive things about Home Team BBQ's catering services—they provided the most amazing food for our wedding!
We were looking for a more causal alternative for our wedding and landed on a BBQ buffet. From the first bite to the last, the quality and taste of the food were absolutely phenomenal. We were truly blown away, and more importantly, our entire wedding guest list was raving! We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten.
The service was impeccable, and they made the catering process seamless. If you want delicious, high-quality, and crowd-pleasing food that your guests will talk about for years to come, you must choose Home Team BBQ. They are truly top-tier!

If you're a fan of great BBQ and pretty views, this place is an absolute must-visit. Tucked away at the base of the mountain, it offers the perfect mix of rustic charm and natural beauty. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The food was delicious. We were a party of 7 so there was a lot of variety in our order. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, the chicken had a perfect smoky crust, and the sauces added just the right kick. The creamy mac and cheese with pepper and tater tot’s were just right. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It's rare to find a place that delivers this well on taste, vibe, and value all in one package.
Highly recommended!
