Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. The cucumber salad was great too. Perfect for a chilly night! Slower service on a a Saturday night but that’s to be expected. Wish this place was closer to me- I’d be there quite often!

My friends and I were cruising through Aspen and decided to give this place a try. Stoked we did. The XLB Dumplings were incredible and the ramen was the best I’ve had outside of Japan. Highly recommend.

Loved the food. Especially the Tokyo style ramen and the xlb dumplings. (Table favorites for sure)
Atmosphere was A+. Great for our small group of friends in town for a quick mountain trip.
The Bonuses are location and great prices for the Aspen area!
We’ll be back next trip!

My wife and I are avid ramen enjoyers. If it’s and option that’s what we do. And we will go out of our way to come back Jimoto ramen in aspen. The server helped us pick the best option for our pallets and pairings with canned saki (that was amazing). Super cool relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Felt like we could have stayed there all day and enjoyed the interesting coffee table books and conversation.
Don’t miss this place 👌

It does not get much better than this. I have been to a couple of ramen restaurants in my life but Jimoto Ramen, IS THE SPOT. From the bartender to the host, they are such lovely people that I can not wait to see again. Go To this place. You will not regret it.
Seldom have I had the opportunity to experience great ramen in the lower 48. This is THE ONE. I’m a stickler when it comes to ramen, however, from the service to the broth and the well executed egg I have nothing but great things to say. Will be back as soon as possible. Can’t wait to join again. Thank youuuu!

One of the only local spots left in aspen! Ramen is tasty and the drinks are cold!

Ramen was great - also tried the Philly cheese steak dumplings that were good. Sadly, the mushroom dumplings were not a hit at our table. Good experience overall!

The food was not good, and the man at the front counter was very rude and unwelcoming. He seemed to treat us differently because we are Asian, which made us feel uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience — we won’t be coming back.

The worst food service I ever tried. Expensive and it's not even worth my money. The wait is forever. Ordered 3 bowls of tonkatsu Ramen and they serve it one after another and 3rd bowl I didn't even wait for the third bowl because it's seems like they already forget about it. When I follow up the answer I get is that is just how it goes. I get it that they are busy but come on the other table who was behind me with the same order as mine got there food first and the said that is just how it goes.
