“Normally I am a very picky eater, but I LOVED the food they serve here, it’s flavorful, and there are many vegan options, I liked the “Pretty in Pink” and the nachos, the restaurant was almost full, but the service was quick and amazing. Fuel Cafe is a gem! The food was fresh and flavorful—I loved the California Burrito. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Perfect for starting the day on a high note. Highly recommend! Great option around the mountain if you want something fresh and fast. Totally recommend this place.
