Ask for Madison… I wanted to say thank you to Madison for a most memorable evening. Her effort to make our dinner so special (remarkable sushi) and being so attentive was so refreshing. I learned she was the one playing the fun and lively music that drew us to Madame Ushi in the first place. As part of our conversation about the music, I mentioned the band 53 Thieves and our connection to the band. To our surprise she played 53 Thieves music, not just one song but multiple songs. It is not very often you are made to feel like one in a million at a restaurant, Madison made us feel that way.
Also, our thanks to the chef for a wonderful meal, some of the best sushi we have ever had.

Best Dining Experience in Aspen-was there for 4 days and ate there twice because we couldn’t get enough!!! The food is so good here you briefly consider proposing to the chef. I don’t know what’s the most impressive the food the vibe or the service but if you want an Aspen chic meal to be the highlight of your trip this is the place!!!!

Some of the food was good. The crispy rice with tuna dish was so so. The kimchi French fries were very good The surf and turf roll was super tasty. Service was okay.

Jesús, who leads that section, brings a particularly refined touch — clean technique, steady pace, and a clear focus that keeps the standard consistently high.
In a setting where style can sometimes overshadow substance, Madame Ushi manages to deliver both. Worth visiting — and revisiting.

What an awesome meal and service. We liked the look of the menu and decided to go in. Such a warm friendly greeting from Madison and got us seated in a nice booth. Had a really nice glass of Monterey Chardonnay, 3x rolls and some of the best sashimi ever. The highlight was the scallop sashimi. The overall experience was enhanced by our server Jelena super friendly and professional. Looking forward to going back
