The service made this place. Our waiter was smart, intuitive, caring, fun, and all these things while being on top of the details. Made me wish we had a waitress like this every evening out. The food was incredible. UNI all day, every day. Absolute must in Aspen. We loved everything about it.

The food was quite good and the service even better. I know every restaurant has to turn tables. I know also, that I would never monopolize a table for too long. But to be told by the hostess before we ate that we had an hour and 45 minutes to eat because someone else was going to be at our table was so upsetting. To articulate what they articulated is unforgivable.
