One of Aspen's very best restaurants. If you like Japanese food, this is definitely the best place in town to get it. I have been a fan of Matsuhisa for 20+ years and always eat here on my trips to Aspen.
Our server was amazing and the food was so yummy, however the cocktails were not good which was disappointing considering the cost. Overall we enjoyed celebrating our friend's birthday here.
