Service was excellent. Daytime views spectacular. Only found one item on the menu that appealed to me, and it was very good. Every other item on the menu was too complicated, and overdid trying to show creativity.
Excellent food, especially the crème brûlée. Service was more than attentive. The dining room was very attractive.
Our experience was less than pleasant, but our server and manager were very pleasant. In retrospect, we should've said something at the time.
It's a cool restaurant. Food was good but my fish was overcooked. Everyone else enjoyed their food. It was very hot in the restaurant, and they didn't know how to turn it down.
Food was fine, nothing special. My steak came rare even though I ordered medium. Service is trying but result is very patchy. Server kept interrupting our conversation unnecessarily. Also, one of our party was still eating dinner but the servers cleared everyone else's plates and brought out the dessert menus while he was still finishing his dinner. Not very polished service.
John was the absolute best server, super engaging with my kids - very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive!
Staff was in disarray. Took so long to get served. Bartender had to step in and he did not know how to make drinks. Noise level was very high and it was not crowded - maybe because kids were starving. Food was luke warm. Very different the. Previous times we have been there
This was my first visit to Aspen and of all the restaurants and eateries I visited during my trip West End Social was the best and made the biggest impression. The food, atmosphere and customer service were all top tier and the manager April made sure even though we visited during “off season” the treatment and experience were VIP level.
> It is located in the basement. The staff was courteous, but I found the prices somewhat high — $16 for a latte and a croissant. However, this may be understandable given that it is part of a resort property.

A great stop while visiting Aspen for the first time! Some highlights were the brown butter gnocchi & bees knees dessert. John B was so attentive & gave great recommendations for our stay.

Lovely views; excellent, creative & scrumptious food. Marvelous presentation accompanied by conscientious service.
Views are the best in Aspen assuming you arrive before sunset. The menu has changed and has been down-sized. Choices for entrees etc are too limited. Our dishes were very good.
We have been here before and we brought friends this time. Overall we felt very pushed into sharing our meals. We also felt pushed into getting the porterhouse steak, which we didn't get. They were out a of a few things already at 7 pm. We had to reorder a couple of things ha and it didn't come until mid of our meal. Friendly staff... but, it was a miss for all of us sadly.
Service slow — took forever to get drinks before dinner. King salmon ordered rare and came overcooked. French fries were great !
To keep it short: "April" saved the day. Aside from her, the rest of the service was pretty poor, but she stepped up an basically ran the entire restaurant single-handedly. Good views and the food was delicious! Just have patience with the service if you decide to go anytime soon, hopefully they get it worked out asap
