Ridiculous, waiting around outside while they cleaned up around us to get into the Yurts...then they continued to bang around outside taking down and cleaning up from the chaotic concert and apres while we are...super greedy to try to do that and dinner in the yurts...they had already pushed our reservation by 30 minutes because the Chainsmokers ran late...slow service, the bread that came with the fondue was literally so stale you could have chopped a tooth on it. All for $200 pp...Aspen at its greedy worst.

Horrible experience. We had reservation, got seated, no waiter for 30 minutes. Asked repeatedly finally they assigned new waitress, Erin, who was very good, but restaurant was too busy. Took over an 90 minutes for the food/drinks to arrive. Entrees arrived before appetizers, and we didn't get our last entree until we were ready to go. None of this was Erin's fault, bartenders and kitchen were very slow. There was NO management in site. The St Regis chooses to make $ on there ski scene versus customer experience. I understand it is Xmas week, but we did our part, made reservation, paid the high prices, it would have been nice if they did theirs. Again Erin was great but it was out of her control...

This little gem is so special . It is easy to park and avoid the rush of town . Everyone is so friendly . The food is delicious and view spectacular.

Unfortunately there were 2 families with young children - next to use - and one of the toddlers began crying, then screaming for some time before the mother took her away from the dining area. Also, for the FULL TIME we were there - one of the front doors remained open - despite our asking doormen to close BOTH doors - and the VERY COLD AIR made dining quite uncomfortable. Our āentreesā were luke-warm at best, not the temperature they should have been. My boyfriend had to return one of the 6 oysters as it was ābadā and while he received a couple more - we were eating the main dinner then. I ordered tea at end to just get warm. For a meal costing over $200.00 - we were disappointed and will not return.

from the formal tea to a steak dinner, this place is indeed special Hannah and her team (Leslie, Avinash, Laura and Cardin) do excellent job of making you feel comfortable and special. Service was attentive and thorough, everyone knew their job from plate clearing to topping off drinks and tea pots! Would highly recommend stopping in and joining them for any meal! Enjoy!

What a special experience! Our group of 6 celebrated a birthday with the Wine Experience and could not have been happier. Matthew was personable and presented a beautiful program pairing wines and cheeses, and made choices based on the preferences of our group. We talked about it for days! There was even a guitar in our yurt and we had a player in our group that added even more to the ambiance. We were served a sizable portion each of 4 cheeses, but don't expect dinner. You'll probably want to plan to have a light meal afterward. They didn't skimp on wines; we were served wines with a range of price points. Topped off with a private yurt and our own private sommelier, we felt like the price was appropriate and expected for the St. Regis and the area. We have recommended it to friends and would consider doing this experience again in the future.

I reserved the Yurt and was sat in the dining room. When askedāthey told us that our table was where they brought us? Weird.
The atmosphere here is good, a little bit tight with some wait time, but nothing out of this world. The food is great and the portions are generous. Where the restaurant really lacks is in its service and the time it takes to eat. The past 3 days Iāve come here, Iāve had to wait at least 30-40 minutes to eat after being seated. Keep in mind we didnāt order anything absurd, a hamburger and a sandwich. Besides the wait for food, thereās also a big wait for other things like wine, water and appetizers. All took around 30 minutes as well.

We did a Wine and Cheese Master class with Mr. Stark and it was phenomenal! His knowledge of wine, cheese and spirits was extensive. The overall experience was something I will remember forever.

Stopped by the Mountain Social Bar & Lounge within the St Regis for a drink, unfortunately, this establishment wasn't opened yet for business that day. I will say that the bar/lounge is beautiful and would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-end drink/cocktail experience within the town of Aspen.

Nothing more lovely than a high quality Sunday Brunch in a gorgeous courtyard......Kim, our server, was on point, efficient, gracious, and offering frequent check ins and prompt refill requests - delicious food - overall memorable and fun experience!!!
