It wasn't worth the energy to go back upstairs to ask to heat it up more. Flicked the toppings off and enjoyed the rest of it. Tasty crust and sauce.
MANAGEMENT: train your staff to properly reheat a slice of pizza. I know it's hard to smile now a days but it goes a long way when getting served.

Bad reviews won’t make too much of a difference to this place but hoping the service and food get better just out of human decency if nothing else. For those who think the bad service is because of “race”, it’s not. If you think they’re having a bad day, they are not. It’s just how it is there. Go elsewhere or eat hit or miss pizza served with a side of an attitude.

I just wanted to say how shocked and disappointed I was with the way I was treated at your place. One of your staff members, a guy with a ponytail, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He was talking down to customers, using offensive language (including the F word!), and just being completely unprofessional. Honestly, someone like that shouldn’t be working with the public. It felt like he had no interest in treating people with basic respect. This kind of behavior makes people not want to come back. I hope you look into it and take action, because that kind of attitude is not okay.

This place was AMAZING! We were on a UTV ride and ride the gondola into town it's worth the short walk and wait for a table. Friendly folks, great atmosphere, wonderful food. Cleanliness was good. Good for a large group.

We rode all the way in to New York pizza from Taylor Park trading post it was about 10 of us the food was great service outstanding the vibe everything from the music to the food top notch. If you're looking for a real feeling of New York this is the place. As you will see by the pictures attached but some of the video everything not only looks delicious but tasty originally from New York I feel like my opinion is more important than most. Enjoy your pizza let them know that you read the review that Tony from Phoenix posted. Tom and Emily run an amazing restaurant.
