Absolutely spectacular. We chose the tasting menu that was brilliantly created by the chef. Each course was fabulous. Not a single miss the entire evening. The sommelier chose the perfect wine and the staff was supportive and seamlessly moved us through each course. The courses were each creative, delicious and beautifully plated. A wonderful evening. Another wonderful evening at Parc Aspen. The dinning area was busy on an offseason Tuesday evening. The food was absolutely fabulous. The ambience was refreshingly elegant and inviting compared to some of the other spots in town that feel the key to a good time is loud music. Then there is the service, hands down the best in town. Not even close the staff is professional, engaging, attentive and extremely knowledgable. One thought maybe loose the gloves as service, a bit much.

This restaurant was simply lovely, the service was outstanding and the outdoor patio was the perfect temperature to enjoy our delicious dinner. The food was not only beautiful but tasted spectacular.

Wow, what an exquisite evening we had at PARC Aspen. We opted for the Chef’s Tasting Menu and wine pairing for our meal and were absolutely blown away! Each course continued to elevate the experience and the sommelier’s wine pairings were perfection, playing in the realms of both traditional and avant garde.
When you take into account the immaculate atmosphere, friendly, knowledgeable service team, and phenomenal food, the value is really incredible. I’m sure there are a lot of great options in Aspen, but we’d come right back to PARC knowing that Joe, Chef Marc, Alexandra and team will have kept up this fantastic experience.

Just fantastic! Lex, Eva, Chef Mark and the entire team delivered an incredible meal, wine and memorable experience. Parc Aspen is a must go dining experience in Aspen! The ambiance is warm, cozy, and visually stunning. Love their wine pairing menu too. Can't say enough about this place. Kudos to Maryanne (the owner) for putting together a symphony for the senses!

PARC has really hit their stride in Aspen. This is one of the cleanest restaurants, most efficient and friendly service and Delicious creations. The result of their efforts, the food, is exceptional. scrumptious, steak frites and soup de jour (corn & lobster) were done to perfection in the details. they are paying the most attention to the building blocks of flavor in each dish that I have found in aspen so far
I ordered the Rib-eye Wagyu and the Elk Carpaccio, both were absolutely perfect. Cooked and seasoned just right.
Also had the seasonal soup, which was delicious

We had an amazing anniversary dinner tonight. The evening started with a warm greetings by the staff, with 3 of them wishing us a happy anniversary. We had a delicious dinner starting with the butter lettuce salad followed by our pork entrees. Service was great-our waiter was attentive and water glasses kept full and they swept the crumbs off the table after the dinner course. They have a great wine list as well as some excellent cocktails. We happen to be gluten free and we had the best ever gluten free bread along with their own freshly churned butter. The pork entree was delicious and very creative with a delicious reduction sauce. Finally they brought us dessert-an amazing pavlova plus home made sorbet. Everything was so fresh and delicately prepared. This restaurant ranks right up there with Michelin 1 and 2 star restaurants we happen have eaten in elsewhere. Overall, highly recommended for a wonderful dinner.
