High expectations were exceeded. While a classic, refined French bistro style menu is the primary merit, that it compliments an elegant dining room and wonderful hospitality from the staff makes an overall city leader in high gastronomy.
The food was delicious and delivered to the table promptly. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the food and everyone we interacted with was professional and attentive. Highly recommend!
A lively spot where we enjoyed a late lunch. Waitress was excellent, brought a basket with a selection of delicious breads and soft pot of butter plus water to enjoy while I waited for a friend to arrive. The mussels were perfectly prepared with sprigs of thyme as a nice touch. The chicken liver mouse was creamy and wonderful on special toasts that complemented the deep flavors of this dreamy version of pate. It is a very lively place with quite high noise levels, even later when the lunch crowd thinned, so not a place for quiet conversations. Like the French bistro decor from tiled floors to wall tiles to lighting that brought a warm glow to the wooden tables, bar and other elements in this restaurant right on Rittenhouse Square.
Always LOVE Parc. We were there for a business meeting and had requested a QUIET table for 5 people. Emmanuel took great care of us as did our server. An excellent experience overall. Merci beaucoup to the Parc Team!
Love Parc, always. Nice to see some new additions to the menu. I just wish the wine pour was more generous. Expensive glass of house red . No choice, but a a bit more generous would make us customers feel good. Something to consider.
Great service amazing attention by very Pleasant staff and food which was the best we've had in a long time. Worth coming back for. We had a great time
Never disappoints - always consistently superb in service, presentation, food quality, preparation and deliciousnesses!
Food was outstanding. Our server, Talbert, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure that our meal was memorable. We can't wait to go back.
One of our favorite places to go for a celebration! Escargot and steak frites were a hit at the table, as always, and our server (and Parc) went above and beyond to help us celebrate two birthdays in our party.
Waiter was lovely and attentive. All pastries were amazing and the bread. The beets in the salad need to be made smaller you have to cut them to eat. Otherwise was great!

Theming and food is great. Went for breakfast and had reservations. We were sat right away but it felt like our server kept forgetting about us. From getting our orders to bringing our food out. Everyone who sat after us (15-20 minutes) even after knowing we placed our orders, they all got their food first which was just odd. Even after asking about our meal. Besides that everything was great.
First time eating at Parc—or any Stephen Starr restaurant—and I was very impressed. Parc looks and feels like a traditional French bistro. My wife and I had a 7:00 p.m. reservation, and our table was ready when we arrived. The waitstaff and managers were very attentive throughout the evening. We started with a Grey Goose martini, and my wife had an espresso martini—both were very good. For appetizers, we ordered the chicken liver parfait, sardines, and French onion soup. Before that, the bread basket arrived—wow. The cranberry walnut bread was excellent; don't pass it up. The liver parfait was delicious, and the French onion soup was rich, slightly sweet, and perfectly gooey with melted cheese—a must-have. You can skip the sardines; nothing special, just sardines. For entrées, my wife had the steak frites, cooked exactly to her liking and very well received. I ordered the Skate Grenobloise. The flavors were great, though I felt the skate was cooked a bit firm for my taste; however, the sauce really hit the spot. For dessert, we ordered the Apple Tarte Tatin, which had a buttery crust, perfectly cooked apples, and great flavor. As a surprise, thanks to the management team, we were also treated to a vanilla bean crème brûlée—one of the best bites of the night and a perfect ending to a lovely meal. The only negative was that we were seated at a relatively small table for two. With water glasses, wine glasses, entrées, and a bread basket, it felt a bit cramped. That said, it was an overall wonderful evening, and we will definitely be back.
wonderful evening. Every staff member, from being greeted when we arrive, to our servers, was friendly and welcoming. Great food. Great atmosphere.
Parc is our go-to restaurant for special occasions, a birthday this time 'round. The service is always outstanding and attentive. The quality of the food cannot be beat. This meal was a weekend brunch, so the menu had any number of breakfast-like objects. The French toast as a marvel to behold and to consume; the gruyère omelet always a winner. On this cold winter day, the onion soup hit just the spot. And let us not forget the bread basket. I learned, just on this visit, that the restaurant also sells some merchandise, notably tote bag with a dedicated baguette pocket. What a great idea!
We have dined at Parc many times, Saturday was a birthday brunch and it was perfect. The restaurant was crowded and the vibe was great. Our server Alexander was professional and attentive. The pancakes ares amazing. The quiche is so delicious and the side salad was perfectly dressed. We love Parc!
