Absolutely spectacular. We chose the tasting menu that was brilliantly created by the chef. Each course was fabulous. Not a single miss the entire evening. The sommelier chose the perfect wine and the staff was supportive and seamlessly moved us through each course. The courses were each creative, delicious and beautifully plated. A wonderful evening. Highly recommended!
Another wonderful evening at Parc Aspen. The dinning area was busy on an offseason Tuesday evening. The food was absolutely fabulous. The ambience was refreshingly elegant and inviting compared to some of the other spots in town that feel the key to a good time is loud music. Then there is the service, hands down the best in town. Not even close the staff is professional, engaging, attentive and extremely knowledgable. One thought maybe loose the gloves as service, a bit much.
This restaurant was simply lovely, the service was outstanding and the outdoor patio was the perfect temperature to enjoy our delicious dinner. The food was not only beautiful but tasted spectacular.
