West End Social restaurant is a very relaxed restaurant. The food was delicious as well the service. The view of the forest is beautiful ! The hole experience was above my expectations.

Great food, service and ambiance. Top quality flavors in a beautiful setting. Less crowded and noisy than many places in Aspen. A hidden gem.

We had a beautiful walk from town. The patio was lovely. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

Ambiance was absolutely terrible. The server was solid and so were the entrees, but I legitimately think their meat and cheese board was the worst I've ever had. Incredibly disappointing.

Picked this place to Celebrate our 3 year anniversary and could not have dreamt up a better experience. From the warm ambience, to the the stellar service, to the amazing food, and absolutely stunning views this was the perfect crescendo to our Anniversary trip. Also, our server John P was outstanding! His recs were spot on and he made us feel as if we were being hosted & cared for by a close friend. Really can't say enough about our experience - It was exceptional and we can't wait to come back on our next visit to Aspen!

We had an excellent experience at west end social. Be sure to sit on the patio with its exceptional view. The food is super fresh and the best of “farm to table”. It's also beautiful to look at. The noise level is low and you can hear each other! We will be back

Awesome! Beautiful environment, excellent service, great food. Everyone (5) had something different and meals all very good!

Way too expensive even with Institute discount. Have to plead with manager to get a substitute vegetable, but she (Mika) was most obliging and helpful.

The only negative was sitting outside we were up against windows to bar lounge and the reflection of sun sneaking under umbrellas was intense heat on select peoples facing the window.

Our server was outstanding; she was remarkable and truly made our experience worthwhile. I can't recall her name, but she was a tall, thin, friendly vegetarian farmer living in Gypsum.

It is a small menu. Three items were out--at 5:30 PM. We were told that they stop serving hamburger after 5, but it was still on the menu. They claimed it was a misprint. We ordered duck, and were told they were out, and they were also out of little gem salad. They never told us that before we ordered. When I complained to the managers, they were dismissive. Not recommended!

This is far the best food experience we've had for a while. Great food. Great drinks. April our server she was great explaining the dishes and of course you can't beat the beautiful mountain views.

This is a true gem in the middle of Aspen meadows. The most beautiful peaceful views, great food and service.

Amazing location with breathtaking views of sunset over Aspen meadows and surrounding mountains. John was our server. With curated recommendations of drinks, apps, entrees and deserts to suit our family with 2 kids, we had an exceptional experience to cherish for many years. Can't wait to come back again during Fall.

The restaurant has one of the most spectacular views in all of Aspen. The dining room is pleasant and comfortable. When coming to Aspen we always choose to dine at West End Social and look forward to our meal. This dining experience however was not as great as we've had in the past. For the most part the meal and food was still very good, there were some bumps but that's to be expected. In the past we've enjoyed the farm to table experience and the offerings on the menu reflected this as well as some very fun an inventive dishes. This dinning experience was not that. The meal was standard fair, good food but nothing stood out as extraordinary. In addition the timing of the meal service was off and my husband waited 20 minutes before he even got his dish and his duck was undercooked. Beyond that.....the communication from start to finish was not up to par for what we would expect at a high priced restaurant in Aspen. Our server was very inexperienced and not up to the task of a 6 top table to say the least. She was pleasant enough but wasn't able to clearly explain the various dishes on the menu and after taking our order returned 10 minutes later to tell us that they ran out of scallops. Our reservation was at 7pm, so this struck us as odd. We also reminded her several times to serve on the right and clear on the left. There was a time when one of our guests accidentally bumped into her arm while reaching for their glass because she was again serving on the wrong side. We were sitting with our plates empty for 15 minutes until one of our guests asked her to bus the table which she did by stacking the plates on top of each other in front of each guests. It was the equivalent to service in an airport cafeteria not fine dining in Aspen. A new server approached our table at the end of the meal to take our desert order which he sadly got wrong. To surmise, inventive and fresh options were lacking, and quality of service was not up to par for West End Social.
