I wish they wore name tags so I can congratulate the young men that made our coffees today. Amazing! Great atmosphere and great pastries and savory selection. Its a small coffee shop and has small seating areas on both sides of the shop as you walk in.

The coffee bar is one of my favorites in aspen and I used to stop in every single day. That is until they removed the best ham and cheese croissant from their menu. Now they only have sugar sweet options and I believe this to be a huge mistake on the part of the food director. Bring back the ham and cheese croissant! You need the savory option and I can guarantee you loose business not having this item. I for one go elsewhere now in the morning and only come in occasionally as I love the incredible staff.

Best coffee in Aspen! I’ve never met a sweeter staff either. Every morning they were a delight. Breakfast is also a 10.
This is a very cute coffee shop, but the panini I ordered was probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. They used some sort of thin, dry, Tysons breaded chicken. Extremely disappointing.

Love the Italian cafe experience in Aspen! Fantastic food, delicious coffee, and cozy atmosphere. Get the American toast. You won't regret it!

A very cute cafe if you are looking for a nice coffee or a light lunch. The chicken sandwich I ordered was delicious and the bread so crispy!

Sant Ambroeus was pleasantly surprising. The crew is really warm. It has really comfortable seating and ambiance, not to mention the Breakfast Items and the Coffee is Amazing.
If you’re in town grab a coffee and a panini herr. Absolutely worth it.

Their latte was amazing and I loved their hazelnut cake, it was delicious
8.74 for a latte with simple syrup?! The beans were not freshly roasted and latte was awful. For people who know nothing about coffee they would think it’s decent. Very very disappointing!

Cute bistro/coffee bar in the heart of Aspen. Perfect place to grab a outdoor table and enjoy a simple meal while enjoying a view of the beautiful mountains and quaint downtown area.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar in Aspen. We got the avocado toast, focaccia mortadella, and cappuccino freddo—everything was top-notch, with incredible quality and taste. The atmosphere felt straight out of Europe, cool and laid-back, and the staff was friendly and on point. Awesome spot, we’ll be back!
