One of the best steakhouses I’ve ever been to. Steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Appetizers were all perfect. I only wish they had more locations so I could visit.
1 star removed for service as it took quite a while for our dishes to be served but it was a packed night, so understandable as well

Steaks were above average. Sides were average. For the price ($70+ per steak no sides), Ive been to just as good steakhouses for a third of the price. Also took more than an hour for the food to come out. Good place to go to if youre craving steak, but i wouldnt go out of my way to go here

Made a reservation here 6 weeks ahead as we read online it’s one of the best restaurants in Aspen.
Having been to some of the top steakhouses around the world I would say this definitely ranks among the best that I’ve been. The cowboy ribeye I ordered was cooked and seasoned perfectly and incredibly tender. The sides were very good as well, we had the twice baked and some veggies. I enjoyed the atmosphere it was very cozy. It’s expensive but if you come here you know what to expect and I thought the value delivered. Shoutout to the water guy who never let a glass reach empty.

First time to the steak house. What a cozy and warm atmosphere. Everyone was very attentive from the minute we entered to check out coats to when we departed. Alejandro proved exceptional and friendly service. We enjoyed the filets, crab legs, whipped potatoes, brussel sprouts and ended with key lime pie. We will return!

What a disappointment!
Tonight I arrived at 7 and was told by the host it would be approximately 30 min for a seat at the bar. I came back in 30 min and was told 10 min by the host. I had forgotten my phone and I let him know I was going to get my phone and that I would be right back. He said that was fine.
I returned in 6 min and was told by the host that now there were others in front of me and it would be another hour. What!! No one had gotten up from the bar! Why did he tell he that would be fine if he was going to push me to the back of the line? No apology no nothing!
How incredibly rude and inconsiderate!
I left and will never be back. When Roy ran the front I never had issues, just exceptional dining.

Yikes, run don't walk away from this restaurant. A friend raved about the food, so 3 of us decided to give a whirl on a slow night. We sat at the bar, bartender asked us what we wanted to drink, I requested a gin fizz, and the bartender proceeded to stare at me for a solid 10 seconds without saying a word like I just spat in his cheerios and god forbid I ask him to make a drink that didn't come out of a tap or the bottle. It was uncomfortable to say the least. After the stare down that could have put Gandhi to shame, he proceeded to complain that it was busy and he would have to get someone to get an egg etc. Okay fine, but a simple "no" would have sufficed, instead was made to feel like I was asking for his first born child. He ended up making it, but it wasn't memorable and bar staff took it away before I was finished, go figure. My other friend had a similar experience, with a condensing response. Maybe he didn't know how to make drinks? We planned to eat here for dinner but immediately decided to abort mission. We went across the street the Cache Cache; staff was great and we ended up buying the kitchen and bar staff a round. Moral of the story, sometimes its better to cross the street than to cross the bartender and when the attitude is sour, it's time to find a place with happier hour! 😄

Aspen was one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited in my life. During my trip, we visited the Sun Deck restaurant located at the top of the mountain. I passed by several stunning restaurants and cafes with friendly and welcoming staff. However, during the evening, I searched for a restaurant on Google Maps, which recommended one with a seemingly high rating. Unfortunately, the rating displayed on Google Maps was highly misleading. The restaurant turned out to be below average, with mediocre food and unfriendly staff who seemed as though they were forced to serve us. I ordered the “Prime Porterhouse for Two” and requested it to be cooked medium-well. The order took approximately 40 minutes to arrive, and, unfortunately, the steak was not cooked to the requested temperature. I informed the waiter about the issue, and they took the dish back to the kitchen for about 5 minutes before returning it to us. Sadly, the dish was exactly the same and remained unchanged. This prompted me to ask for the bill and leave the restaurant. I paid the full amount for a dish that did not meet my expectations or match my request. This restaurant certainly does not deserve the high rating shown on Google Maps and was the worst experience I had in the otherwise beautiful city of Aspen.

Condescending manager who doesn’t know how to apologize or even respect because of HIS MISTAKE. They moved the reservation an hour earlier on Christmas Eve. Once we arrived on time as they rescheduled, he talked with no respect and wouldn’t willing to propose any solution, pushing all the responsibilities on customer. Good work statehouse no something. Unforgettable experience for the Christmas!

It’s really hard to not give 5 ?to this place. I had one of my best steaks ever so tender and flavorful ( just Slat and Pepper) .
Our host was so friendly and helpful and his choice for my steak turned out amazing.
Cocktail was what I like ( not too sweet not too strong) . Unfortunately we were so full and couldn’t try dessert ?! One of the most go places in Aspen.

Steak House No. 316 it's hands down the best steak I ever had. I'm Puerto Rican, and we season food a lot. When they told me they seasoned their stake a lot, I was all in. We bought a bottle of wine and had a blast. Ambiance was serene. Whoever had the Playlist should be a DJ as it matched me and my wife vibes 100%. Yes, it might be a bit expensive for some, but good things come at a price ?
