I ordered a mocha coffee latte and it was absolutely perfect! Rich chocolate flavor, smooth espresso, and creamy milk. Everything was balanced so well. Huge shoutout to Julio, who made it with so much care and skill. You can tell he’s passionate and truly knows what he’s doing.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back and ordering the mocha latte again!

Absolutely loved my visit to The Crepe Shack in Aspen! I had the Belgian dark chocolate ice cream, and it was every bit as delicious as I hoped, rich, smooth, and perfectly indulgent. It hit the spot and made for the perfect sweet treat. The atmosphere was charming, and the service was great too. I enjoyed every bite and will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend for any dessert lover!

The Crepe Shack is pricey, like everything else in Aspen 😀, but the crepes are very large (we actually couldn't finish them) and chock full of flavor. Bring either a big appetite or a friend.
