This is a great place!!! The crepes are amazing, both sweet and savory. And the stuff is also wonderful. Once I drop the crepe, and they have replaced it with a new one right away.

We ordered the bananas foster crepe. My first bite was instant bitterness! There is rum in this filling as that’s how bananas foster is made but the alcohol is usually burned off. This was not and I love a boozy drink as much as the next person but this was not good at all! I also love rum but this was straight up bitter and overpowering. The crepe batter itself was good but I won’t be coming back. I tried to get a different flavor but the employee did not care to remedy the situation. This was a complete waste of money.
By the way, this was a shared dessert between two people. Two bites were taken, NOT half of the dish, after which my concern was brought up to the employee. I knew instantly it didn’t taste right.

I ordered a tiramisu flavor crepe 1hr ago and after 30mins, while on trail, bad stomach ache and had to find a restroom. Have to use toilet 3 times in the next 30 minutes. This crepe and a bottle of water ordered together were the only food I used in last 3hours. I just called the shop and the manager totally denied any possibility of the possible food problem. Expensive food, even charging tips for bad food poisoning and total denial of their responsibility . Bad bad experience, ruined my experience in aspen . Bad bad experiences. Never never will try even other crepe food. Never had such a bad and embarrassing experience food experience in the states in my whole memory. Such a crepe shop in Aspen!!!

The Crepe Shack Aspen is a delightful gem that our whole family thoroughly enjoyed. The crepes were great, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures that left us craving more. While the prices were on the higher side for food, water, and coffee, that's to be expected here in Aspen. Despite the cost, the quality and taste of the crepes made it worth every penny. The Crepe Shack Aspen provided a memorable dining experience that we will definitely be returning to on our next visit to Aspen.

I ordered a Tiramisu crepe. Its supposed to have a kahlua crepe. They gave me a regular vanilla crepe. The entire crepe is just vanilla flavor. No tiramisu or coffee flavor to it at all. $18. Absolutely horrible. I ordered take out so once i got home (Im a 3 minute walk) I called to ask if it could be remade correctly but no one picked up because they were about to close.
