Overpriced and the service was uneven. The ribeye had and Iverpowering rub. Let the meat be the star. The waiter didn't take the order but delivered the food. We didn't know who to flag down.
So I was riding my motorcycle through downtown Aspen. No other restaurant came close to the steaks. I had the buffalo fillet it was fantastic. The Alaskan King crab legs were excellent Kelly my bartender was a super nice guy with great advice.
Monarch Aspen is truly a delightful experience. The ambiance is romantic and inviting, making it a perfect getaway. What stands out the most is the staff, who are nothing short of a gem.
