Falafel was realllly good. Tzatziki was also very yummy & super fresh. Even the little side salad that came w the falafel was delicious. Overall, I’m very impressed. My fav thing was the side of spinach & shallots. Omg I could have eaten 3 sides of that. Bar tender was handsome & sweet 🩷🥙🥗🤤

I recently dined at Wild Fig in Aspen, and I have to say, the experience didn’t live up to the price. The food felt underwhelming and lacked the quality I remember from past visits. For the high cost, I expected more flavor, care, and consistency. It’s disappointing when the value just isn’t there anymore.

My wife and I had the most incredible dining experience at The Wild Fig — truly the best I’ve had anywhere in the U.S. We started with a spectacular cocktail and a fig salad featuring port-marinated figs that set the tone for the night. My wife had the risotto special, I had the steak special, and we also shared a side of pasta — every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor.
The sommelier took amazing care of us, pairing everything beautifully and making the evening feel personal and memorable. From start to finish, it was a flawless experience — warm, elegant, and unforgettable. We’ll be talking about this dinner for a long time.

A delicious, lively and classy meal. We stopped by and sat at the bar on a Monday evening. The bartender was very entertaining! I asked for advice about dinner and the hostess gave an excellent recommendation. I had the chicken Milanese from the bar menu. It was so good! My husband had a perfect martini and the salmon in a bag. Bravo!!

On Oct 6, I visited one hour prior to closing. Despite the posted hours clearly indicating the restaurant was still open, I was refused service for one dessert item. At the time, the dining room was nearly empty, and the staff appeared fatigued and disengaged. Their refusal to serve, coupled with a lack of familiarity with the posted hours, suggested either indifference or a disregard for customer service standards.
As a paying customer who arrived well within operating hours, I found this experience unacceptable. I respectfully request clarification for service policies for staff, namely the bartender, to become properly trained to uphold posted hours and treat patrons consistently and courteously. Otherwise, the hours should be adjusted accordingly.

Our server was Blake and she, along with her team, were very attentive to the point of quality service.
We started with the French onion soup. We weren't sure if the soup was going to be on the salty side, since most places serve it that way. But it wasn't salty at all. It had excellent flavor and lots of onions, just like it should be.
I tried the roasted chicken rubbed with a Moroccan spice. It was cooked perfectly and had great flavors. The pan jar was soooo good. Loved it.
My wife tried the salmon in a bag special. Again perfectly cooked and flavorful.
They have a beautiful outside patio like seating but it was too cold for the restaurant to use when we were there.

We stopped in Aspen for the night before heading to Maroon Bells and decided to try The Wild Fig after exploring the downtown restaurants.
The dining space was lovely, with a charming setup indoors and a beautiful patio where we enjoyed a magnificent June evening.
We shared some truffle fries, which were mostly tasty. My boyfriend ordered a New Fashioned, which he enjoyed. I, however, was very disappointed with my entrée. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, expecting the delicate, buttery flavor that this dish is known for. Instead, the fish was firm and overly fishy—qualities that immediately suggested it was not fresh. At $64 for a very small portion, it was extremely underwhelming and frankly appalling to be served what tasted like an old piece of fish.
The atmosphere and service were nice, but the quality of my meal did not match the price point or reputation.

Just mid! Average to slightly below average food. Service was fine, nothing spectacular. Overpriced and under delivered. Not recommended, won’t be going back.
