Excellent food, but ambiance was marred by the an empty restaurant and the thumping music from the Snow Lodge music series out on the patio. The music from the outside was dominating, while classical music was playing inside the restaurant. The clash of the two types of music was really annoying. We asked if it'd be possible to turn off the restaurant music and they told us that it's not possible. Don't book if the Snow Lodge has events on the same night!

New Year's Eve Dinner was not what I expected for $510 per person and $120 with wine pairing. The portions were generous but the taste was not to par. The wine was ok and the waiter did his best but not well trained. I don't think we will dine there again. Almost $3k for 4 and it was not memorable.

We had a marvelous dinner experience in a yurt. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the service top notch, and the ambiance—a private yurt—made the experience one to remember!

Made this reservation over 30 days ago. On the day of they called me two hours before reservation and canceled due to the fact that they had a concert going on in the area of where the yurts were supposed to be. We had planned a very important family event and they ruined our entire night. If we were to cancel 48 hours in advance, we would have been charged $1000 but they cancel three hours before and there are no repercussions. They absolutely did not care that they ruined our evening and have not heard from management since. I would not count on the yurt experience. They knew they had a concert there and did not have the decency to let us know until three hours before. Absolutely horrendous.

I ordered mimosa with champagne and the server brought mimosa with prosecco. My omelette arrived cold. They corrected the mimosa and brought me a new omelette that was fresh. Service could have been better and no adjustment to the bill was offered.

We had a great experience with Andres who was very accommodating as they were closing the kitchen at 11am for breakfast and we arrived at 10:58, he was kind enough to take our order anyway and was so pleasant and kind from the minute we arrived until we left.. wonderful experience. And the food was 10/10!

As as it gets for functional hotel breakfast. Excellent selection. Only rated 3 on ambience bc it was understandably empty at 6 am. Sure it's cozier at night.
