Just discovered Zocalito this weekend!!!! DELICIOUS 😋 The service was top notch, the menu was unique, and the prices are very fair. I had the Chicken Relleno and there was not a bite left. Highly recommend!!!! I will most certainly be returning, as this may be one of my new favorite restaurants!

We stumbled upon this cozy restaurant while attending a concert in Denver. The food was made from scratch, it was flavorful and plentiful. Tequila and cocktail selection was impressive and best of all, the service was superb.

The Food - unique. delicious. the spices are blended deliciously perfect - not too hot, not too mild...and not like common tastes you'll find at most top notch joints.

This place floored me. Incredible plating, ingredients, service, attention to detail. They deserve all the business they can get. As far as traditional Oaxacan food, the mezcal, skirt steak in mole negro, and scallops are insanely good. Best Latin food in Denver, and perfect for a date night

Absolutely incredible experience. Matt was such a gracious host. We got chorizo and poblano queso to start, then Peruvian wings, and then the skirt steak And honestly, I can't even say which one was best. Margs we're also fantastic.
I think this is the only place I've ever reviewed on Google. It's that good.

Zocalito is a gem of an experience! We came for HAPPY Hour and stayed for a fabulous artisanal dinner. Classic authentic Oaxacan food, crafted with chilis from the region and a delicious blend of flavors. Our menu items were served hot from the kitchen and beautifully plated. Amazing traditional artwork, great energy and our server / bartender , Matt , rocked the room!
The calamari was delicate and prepared perfect with the achiote sauce. Delicious spicy relleno, mushroom and pumpkin seed queso, with a finale of toasted walnut caramel crepe with flambe bananas.
Great place for special date night or group Happy Hour!
