Our order tonight was wrong on 2/3 items in multiple ways. We ordered online and my husband wasn’t acknowledged for ten minutes when entering the restaurant. Hardly any toppings as well.

0 - Not even a 1....This place as gone down hill fast. The new owner is awful. He treats his own employees like s***. The employees are rude and usually on their phones or messing around. The quality of the food is terrible and on several occasions we have got sick from the food. I don't recommend eating here! Drive the 4 miles in to Eaton and go to Eaton Pizza. The food is great there and the employees are awesome!!

This place used to have good tasting pizza but the quality has down the drain. Just a couple of weeks ago my pizza had hair in the crust. I ended up throwing up and throwing it all in the trash. Never again

They are the epitome of small town business. Great pizza, excellent customer service. It was my first time back in years ( only because I didn't live in ault) and they made me feel like I was a regular.

The manager tonight messed up my order and gave me a cheese pizza when I know I said ham and pepperoni. When I addressed it the first thing from the girls mouth was not an apology or an attempt to fix it. she smacked her lips and “said I asked you” even though she did not ask me a thing. With this joyful interaction i asked for the manager she said she was the manager. I couldn’t believe it considering her attitude and wardrobe was exposing everything up top. I was a frequent customer but after seeing how exposed these underage girls are and inappropriate behavior I’d rather take my business to Eaton.

Ordered delivery at 2:30 and was told 40 minutes. At 3:39 called and asked about my delivery, person I spoke to said delivery driver had left 5 minutes prior. Driver arrived at 3:49. Pizza was cold, Pepsi was warm and flat. Driver said he had multiple deliveries before me and apologized. He said he would go back and get me hot pizza. I went to eat salad and had wrong dressing so I called to pizza plus and lady/girl was rude and hung up on me. I called back 2more times and was hung up on. The 3rd time I spoke to a person saying they were a manager. I asked what they were going to do and she said they could do nothing. Said since I had already paid…?♀️this used to be the best place around. I am saddened by the lack of service and respect
Pretty sure I got over charged order a large Hawaiian pizza added jalapeños was charge 26 and some change. On google it shows the price being around 13 maybe that's for a small?? Won't be back for that price.

We had the Mediterranean pizza and it was Great.The crust was unique and crunchy, but very delicious. There were no tables just bar seating which was fine if it's just two people eating together. I think they do more take out than eat in dining.

Wow. Highly disappointed. This place gets worse every time we order. Not worth the price. Got the pizza rolls, overcooked and all the cheese fell out by the time I got them home.
