Wonderful little stop. Always eat here when I’m driving through Ault. I’ve never been a bean guy. Beans are gross, even when they’re with other things. But these guys have good beans. Still not great, because they’re beans, but better than the common bean you may encounter.The rice, however, is another story. It’s glorious! Very nice tasty little place. You know it’s a good place when in the evening there is a line of locals. We had a shrimp quesadilla and some burrito, and it was better then in Mexico itself. The refined bean and salsa are incredible. I’m not a huge fan of Mexican food, but it was soo totally worth coming here. Highly recommended!
