The food was amazing, and the service was the fastest and most responsive I've had in a long time. This was a great experience for my first Asian hot pot experience and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking to try it. The variety of choices makes it so there's options available for just about everyone.
Been to this place many, many times. Very consistent soup flavoring. Large selection of items to pick from. Staffs are exceptionally friendly. Probably the best hotpot in town in my opinion
I called about a week ahead for my birthday party to reserve for a group of 20ish people. Aki is one of my favorite places to have hot pot so I wanted to share the experience and it was worth it. Not only were they incredibly flexible and accommodating by giving us the main large table to eat at in the restaurant, they also gave me a birthday treat and a cute sewing machine music box as a gift!
