The best west African food that I've had in the US so far! Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. It takes a while for the food to be prepared but, hello, that's because they're cooking it fresh. Amazing food. Will definitely be back!

The food was exceptional! There aren't many West African restaurants in Colorado, so this one definitely stands out. The front service was very nice (by the tall guy). The atmosphere was peaceful and clean (with some good music in the background). Will be returning!

Good food, good atmosphere and amazing service. We will be visiting again and spreading the word about the food. All the food was fresh and had good prices too. There were 7 in our party and they were busy but kept up the pace and we didn't wait too long for our meals. We'll definitely be back often. Thank you Akwaba family!Vegetarian options: Jollof rice , beans and rice

It was a Saturday afternoon, we walked in and we weren’t greeted by anyone we had to call for someone to come from the back. When he came out he had an attitude as if we were bothering him, he handed us menus and didn’t return to ever as ask if we wanted anything to drink, we again had to call him from the back at this point I was irritated because we were literally the only people there so it’s not like they were busy. We got up and left because if this is how lazy and unprofessional you are I can’t imagine how your food tastes, no thank you.

This was me and my partners first time trying fufu, we got the meat pie, lamb dibi, jollof rice, and peanut butter soup with fufu. It was absolutely amazing! I think it's all my new favorite thing to eat. We will be coming back asap because I can't wait to try something new. This stuff is DELICIOUS!

The food was delicious and I would go there again, little bit pricey but delicious. The Pastel (meat pie), Lamb dibi, beef kebab, rice and beans, and fried plantain were all good. I really enjoyed the ginger juice (good ginger spicy and sweet drink, so good). There isn't a large staff so service might be slow, even when not very busy. So come with patience and grace.
