Ambli Mexico at Fitzsimons is a small Mexican restaurant with a limited but well-executed menu. The full bar and fresh, house-made salsas are highlights, along with dishes like the poblano enchilada, chopped salad, and lamb and veggie samosa tacos. Though not too busy, the food and drinks are consistently delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant will be closed for a revamp, but a new location is open in the DTC.
