Service first and foremost is always outstanding (Piccadilly location). However I have to say today for the first time ever I was very disappointed in their product. I got the new drink Butterscotch Brew - I paid just under $7 for a small and nearly 1/2 if it was foam! Hardly any custard which is why you go to Andy’s in the first place and a little bit of the cream soda. I think in the future I will stick with a concrete so I know I’m getting what I paid for.

It’s frustrating that almost half of my ice cream has nothing in it. No strawberry’s, no cheesecake. Prices are increasing, toppings are decreasing. Service is fast.

So rich and creamy! The flavors are delicious. Beware! It can be addictive!

Fast and friendliness is nice every time

Please teach your staff about consistency. One day you come in it’s a great, the next time you come in it’s alright. But if I’m paying $8 for some ice cream there should be $8 worth of the toppings I paid for . Annoying

Generous portion sizes that could easily be split by two people. The hot fudge is some of the best I’ve had. High quality custard. Only one dairy free option which was a resale Italian ice pop. Not impressed with that but otherwise great!

You only have custard. You are always out of malt. Come on poor management.

Very busy menu for a first visit. But the staff were great and so was the frozen custard.

Super friendly, helpful, and professional staff! Really great to see younger people showing fantastic customer service! Keep it up! Delicious and open late!

It was delicious and so fast! Kind staff. What a nice change, really, to experience real customer service? And most shocking thing...when I paid by credit card, it did not ask me for a tip!!! Honestly, this places deserves tips because the servings are generous, you get so much more for your money! You can taste the quality in each bite.

With a name like ā€œJackhammerā€ I was hoping that would mean the middle of the cup of custard was filled with fudge (especially considering their other cups are called ā€œConcrete,ā€ it didn’t seem like too much of a stretch). Paying $9 for standard vanilla custard with a dollop of hot fudge on top was disappointing. The woman at the counter did correctly point out that the hot fudge is shown as a ā€œtoppingā€ on the menu, not a filling.

Tried for the first time today...definitely worth the calories! Absolutely delicious. Will be back to try all the varieties for sure. So yummy!

Meh. Having lived 5+ decades on this planet, I’ve learned to set my expectations very low and that way rarely do I get disappointed. Andyā€˜s frozen custard met all of my expectations. Their frozen treats are uninspired copycats of Dairy Queen with a heftier price tag. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine. But that’s it, it’s just fine. Don’t expect to go there and be blown away by new and fresh flavors creatively put together. It meets just the bare minimum of what I expect in a frozen treat. Unfortunately, they never put a lid on anything and I have to always ask for straw. But hey, the people are friendly and they take Apple Pay.
